Good stay
TV's need updating. The darker young lady in the front was very rude. I didn't like encountering her but the kitchen staff was amazing, especially Carlos. The location was perfect, close to everything.

Hotel is far from the city. Outdated.
Pictures on Expedia look totally different than reality. Kind of disappointed, however; the staff is very friendly and helpful.

No alcohol in stock
Friendly staff, good prices, but didn't get what I paid for. I paid for a king bed and got a room with 2 beds. The bar there was no bar or alcohol for that matter. The room I had you could here all of the traffic but yet they have other room behind the noice. Putting out the wrong room, loud traffic, n no alcohol on my last night. The place is not bad... Good food and friendly staff...

If you can avoid this hotel do it
If you are going to stay in this hotel because is convenient for the location than stay there. I had a bad experience because we found flies and roaches in the room while we were sleeping. the hotel needs a lot of maintenance.

If you can avoid this hotel
If you are going to the business park in San Francisco then this is the closest hotel but between the flies and the cockroach I did not feel comfortable sleeping there.

Really Bad Service
The recepcinionist was so rude, and the hotel was smelling really bad, Old, and the Towels were old and stained..I will ever stay here and will never recomended, This is the first time I book a hotel in Hotels.com and is really bad.

Rooms were old and AC did not provide enough cold air to our room. Facilities including pool are kept very clean but rooms could use a make over. Beds were very comfortable, went from Ibis hotel to this one and i thought this one was expensive

It doesnt have the Hotels Mision quality, it is like a motel. The pool is awful, we wont go back again. I made the resevation there because I thought it was a real Mision Hotel.

le falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y jardines, la limpieza deja mucho que desear y la seguridad también, la puerta del baño esta caída, la cadena de "seguridad" esta rota, hay muchos mosquitos. el internet es bueno y el desayuno también. En fin no fue agradable la estancia

Pésima recepción.
Llegamos a las 11 súper cansados y nos dice la chica de la recepción que no puede dejarnos entrar porque no había “caído la reserva” le dije que si entonces podía tardar una hora y fresco me dice “si”, pésimo no es mi culpa que si reservas en hoteles.com no les llegue mucho menos cuando les demuestras el número de reserva y confirmación poca actitud de recepción al respecto

Tan poco o nada recomendable, que de plano abandone y me cambio de hotel. Pésimo lugar, lastima que una cadena con prestigio, se preste para este tipo de MOTEL de PASO. Amén de que el mobiliario mucho muy maltratado.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidadas, les falta mantenimiento, el mobiliario ya está muy maltratado, la limpieza de las habitaciones no está al 100, la cochera exageradamente sucia. las toallas estaban rotas. Lo único salvable es la cama, muy cómoda y sábanas limpias. El desayuno también muy rico y todo el personal muy amable y atento.

Buena atención en la estancia
Recibimos una excelente atencion, el area de jardin junto a la alberca lo aprovechamos un par de dias para descansar y es muy grato. El menu del desayuno es el tradicional, un dia cambiaron los platillos y tenian buen sabor.

Me gusto que tuviera muchas areas verdes. Las camas y las almohadas son muy confortables. No me gusto que se tapara la coladera de la regadera, la imagen de la recepción es mala (la vestimenta de quien atiende) y que alberca estuviera sucia.
