Family hotal in a small city in beautiful Germany.

I used this hotel for 1 night, coming from Dusseldorf airport late in the night, as I had a meeting in a city close by next morning. As we knew this is a family small hotel, we called from the airport and were informed that there would be nobody at the reception when we arrived (around nid-night) but, they were kind and professional enough to leave our keys so we could access our rooms without problems.
Very friendly and helpful staff, specially the lady at the reception who I believe is the owner. They do not speak much English, that wasn't a problem for me as they were very keen to understand my little German and we could communicate what we needed.
One of my work friends was sick and had to stay in his room while we went for the meeting. The lady at the reception understood my explanation and accomodated without problems his late check-out.
Good brakfast, with great German bread, butter, cold cuts and cheese. Available proper coffee, I mean, expresso, latte and capuccino.
