Nice hotel but very unhappy

The hotel is nice at budgeted price.but the food is soo expensive and the customer is not aware the chnage in rate card. Staff are pathetic in work if u call them to do a task u have literally followup becoz it's u who is suffering not them.i had problem with TV for the whole trip.there a wrong billing,I informed to change the billing but they denied but had manually deducted the amount.room service is extra worst n Pathetic u will die hungry by the time u get ur order that too with wrong billing. The hotel doesn't give any free WiFi in rooms,if u have to use then sit in the lobby.

Cambay Grand is in a state of disrepair and now in a poor state. Sad to see a once great property in such a poor condition.

Friendly and polite staff is the only thing you will like. Property not at all maintained. rooms not clean, bathrooms are the same. but a cheap place to stay.

Pathetically maintained property. No wifi in a business hotel in rooms is not acceptable. Receptionist who helped me for check in had no idea how to use their systems and took crazy long time Won't recommend this hotel Water leaked in bathroom

Pros: Food
Cons: Customer service at check in and check out
Location: AMD is filled with places to go out eat
Hotel is under renovation so if you wana have quality time and cleanliness is your priority then I would say look for something else.

Service standards get pathetic with each xtra stay

though convenient location and good neighborhood (movies/malls/food), and well designed hotel. seems the management is pathetic and worsening, which reflects in poor customer service from reservations thru checkout, poor morale and quality of all staff (speak against management and has been changing by the day as I am infd), non working equipment in rooms (TV/showers) and spa/gym (no personnel and unfriendly timings for guests). And tariffs keep increasing with each extra stay.

Great stay for the price. Could do much better if service standards improvise-seems worse than previous stay. Poor reservation counter and always problem confirming reservations from hotels.com. Great surrounding (food/shopping/movies) and near xpressway.
