Upon checking into the Hyatt on March 13, I encountered issues such as poor front office reception, poor air conditioning in the lobby etc. With the exception of Preeti at the front desk who has a warm and welcoming smile, none of the other agents at the front desk seemed to care about us. I was very pleased to see that upon receiving my Expedia check in survey, the front office manager and Preeti met with me personally in order to understand my experience and find ways to improve! They listened carefully to my feedback and assured me that things will improve! Had it not been for Preeti who brought so much joy through her sincerity and warm smile, I would have probably decided not to stay there again! But I am very pleased with their responsiveness and must thank the entire hotel staff including check out experience for going out of their way to address my concerns!

Staff where not supporting and not aware of traveler, did not got same room which was mention at Expedia, refrigerator not working, no explanation about club level benefits or property feature which are available for guest, earlier I booked for 7 night, despite I was staying longer period no real support from staff Flight landed in 6 am , check was at noon they told me no room available for early check in but if I say one night earlier that room was ready that same second, felt that they don’t know how to handle frequent flyer or international staff

Staff and service is great but the hotel needs a renovation. The carpets in the room are dirty and the furniture is worn out. The restaurants are amazing and we enjoyed the food during the dinner a d breakfast.

Great hotel and staff very approachable and friendly. Great breakfast and the restaurant staff were excellent - a huge thank you to Meena and Akash her manager. The gentleman who made masala tea was also very good and provided great service. Wi-Fi good on ground floor but very weak in rooms on higher floors. My expectation for a 5 star property is that Wi-Fi should be strong throughout the hotel.

I had booked two rooms and one of them the A/C was not working. It took a little work with the front desk to get compensated for the non-working A/C. I think this should not have taken so much time to resolve.

We went with a family of 7, the staffs were very friendly and accommodating but we had a problem with hygiene and cleanliness. The housekeeping staff were not cleaning the rooms properly or changing the bedsheets.

There is nothing unique about the property. Bathroom doors, and other fixtures needs replacemnet. Food quality and taste is poor. Room size is small. Approach road and entrance is inconvenient.

Not a clean hotel - Not a 5 star for sure
The stay was not comforting specifically highlighting the cleanliness. The rooms were not at all clean and the towels offered for usage were untidy and sometimes there were stains still visible. We had stayed there for 2 days and had booked 3 club rooms for the family and we had expected cleanliness while visiting a 5 star hotel but we're unsatisfied. The only silver lining to the stay was the restaurant manager Mr. Parmod who tried his best to manage the breakfast.

Perfect Example of Bad service
After making the booking for stay with them via hotels.com and confirming the stay. when i reached the location firstly they said that there was no booking in such a name. Later after making me wait for 30 mins they confirmed yes there is. Later they said they will take another 45 mins to get the room ready. However it was an entire long tedious procedure where the check in ideally took nothing less then 1 hour and 45 mins before i could get the room. It was a horrible experience.
