The room was definitely not clean and I had to clean it my everything from the floor to the bathroom and I have pictures to verify, absolutely no reason for it to be that way

There were cigarette holes in my blanket and there was no comforter. Holes and dirt on the chair. Holes in all lampshades. Floor and bathroom dirty. Someone else’s soap was left in the bathtub. It was disgusting!

Hello,Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a poor experience. The staff interacted with you many times over the course of your stay and you never once mentioned these complaints. You called the desk to ask about various things but again, never any issues with the room. You stayed for multiple days. We would have been happy to assist you and either fix the issues or give you a new room but were never given an opportunity to do so. Thank you for your feed back.

Thank you for your feedback. We aren't sure what issues you may have encountered during your stay because no concerns were voiced to the front desk. You called multiple times to get things like extra pillows, tv assistance, etc. But never told us anything we wrong. We allowed you to check in early with no additional fee. Again, sorry if you had a poor experience but we would have loved to address those issues in person.Thank you

We were in a pinch for a place to stay for a funeral. The sheets were stained, the floor was dirty, the cover on bed was absolutely disgusting and horribly outdated there were prostitutes soliciting and I asked for non smoking and both rooms rented smelled strong cigarette smell. Will not stay there again!

Greetings,We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We would have loved to hear about your issues while you were present and on the property. Upon review of camera footage of the night of your stay, it is determined that you even came to the desk many hours after checking in for extra towels and no comment regarding the room conditions were made. In fact, the gentleman who commented "you guys are great" when handed the supplies. You were also given 2 downstairs rooms right next to the lobby. No unusual activity can be seen occurring anywhere in the vicinity of your rooms or else where on the night you were here. Unfortunately it doesn't allow us to help you in the moment when we receive complaints post stay but we will be sure to make all staff aware.Thank you

The property is pretty run down, room was not well cleaned, dust & wrappers in corners of the room, mattresses old and can feel springs when you lay down on them, lamp outlets that didn't work.

I’m a bus driver and just needed somewhere to sleep for a few hours so when I knew I was an hour away, I pulled over and booked the hotel online then when I got there, the guy at the front desk really gave me a hard time checking in, saying I couldn’t check in because it was 6am and check in wasn’t until 3pm even though my booking was for the day before and then he said I couldn’t check in because check out was 11am and I said I knew and understand but I had just made the booking an hour earlier then eventually he gave me a room key and originally was gonna ask for a late check out just by an extra hour but after all that trouble, I just took my 4 hours of sleep. I also got up 30 minutes early to dip my feet in the pool and still have time to shower before leaving but the pool was closed until who knows when, I left at 11 and it was still closed so don’t expect to swim before noon atleast. Other than that the room was good, especially for the price. No complaints about the room itself just about the customer service.

Hello, We are sorry you had an issue with your stay. At the start of the pandemic we had adjusted the listing to reflect that there was no breakfast and are we unsure as to why that is showing on various websites. But we will look into it. Like many hotels that is a service we have eliminated to help keep guests and staff safe and healthy. Additionally, it normally takes roughly 3 minutes to check in at our window, we closed the lobby to minimize disinfecting/sanitizing that would need to be done should we have people filtering in and out all day. Thus far, we have received no complaints about the swift check in at out window as the end result is the same as if you came inside. Lastly, you mentioned your room not being smoke-free. Unfortunately, we do have people that violate our non-smoking policy. Upon check in you were given a key to 2 different rooms. One with a King bed but had recently had a guest who decided to smoke and one with 2 beds but we smoke free. You chose the smoke-free room. If at any time during check in you were unhappy with no breakfast or a closed lobby we would have been happy to refund you had you mentioned this. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know. Thank you

If You’re and exterminator this is the place for you, you’ll be killing roaches all night there’s a Honda Accord that looks like a body went through the windshield and abandoned truck some of the rooms have broken windows this place needs to shut down for a year and start over it needs new everything cause they had a tube screen zenith floor model on dresser but it definitely needs Roach Spray and fumigators lots of it

If they had known, they are a variety of options we could have considered to fix the problem. We could have switched your room or even offered you a refund if you were truly unhappy. As for the breakfast. It is true that traditionally we do offer breakfast but like many hotels around the world we are limiting some services do to the pandemic. Breakfast in the lobby is one service we have temporarily suspended. Again we are sorry you were disappointed but hope you'll try us again in the furture. Thank you

Great customer service!! Clean property!! Even accommodated me with a downstairs room, close to my car so I wouldn’t have to carry my 2 young children up the stairs. Check in was quick. Check out was quick as well. All the staff was so nice too.

Well I suppose you get what you pay for. The room was not clean, the bathroom was full of tiny flies. I asked if they would come and remove the bed cover as it was stained. The room smelled awful. The Internet did not work and I felt unsafe to boot. It was at least quiet in the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is under new management and making great strides to improve the guest experience and this is certainly not the impression we want our guests to leave with. Was the front desk staff made aware of all of these issues? Did you ask or were you offered to change rooms? You should have never be given a room that was in the state you described but there are things we could have done to mitigate these problems in the aftermath. We booked our room for four guests. There were two towels in the room. When we requested more towels, we were told that they did not have access to them until housekeeping arrived at 9AM. When 9 came, we went for more towels and housekeeping had still not arrived. The room was infested with stink bugs. When we called the front desk, we were told that it was breeding season and that they would likely be in the other rooms. There was no cancellation available for our room.
