Nice Hotel .

Pros: The location is convenient.
Cons: The frame on the bathroom mirror need to be fixed.
Location: The Sleep Inn is located near lots of shopping and restaurants.
This is our second time staying at the Sleep Inn Aiken SC location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Very Pleased

This was my first stay in Aiken SC and I was very pleased with my 2 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, in particular Laverne at the front was genuinely nice.

We had roaches in our room. They got into or food as we were eating. Defiantly not a 4.1 hotel.

Very nice place at a decent price. A little hard to find without GPS because it sits back a bit but other than that, a very good experience.

First Time in a Sleep Inn: NEVER AGAIN!

Posted May 26, 2017 on Hotels
Mold in top of shower; bathroom dirty in my room. Traveling with volunteer group who made reservations weeks ago; two rooms were not ready/available when we arrived at 9 or 9:30 even though rooms were all pre-paid. One person never got the room; so money was refunded and she found other accommodations. No ice was available in ice machines; staff said they were aware, but offered no options or assistance for getting ice either that night or in the morning. We had to go to CVS -- and members of party who had booked at neighboring Marriott had no such problems and had ice available, so it was not a problem with area power outages to account for lack of ice. King-sized bed was comfortable enough and room decor was acceptable, but needed items were not available and bathroom was not clean. I needed to iron something; there was an ironing board, but no iron. Service reps, when unable to place folks in rooms as reserved, complained that they had people who were out and had problems at home due to rain and a tree; even though we were sympathetic, none of her complaints helped to accommodate our party in a timely fashion ... and it was not at all professional or helpful at that time of night when reservations were fully paid weeks ago. After the trip, found a $1.00 charge taken from my account with no explanation Concerned about hacking of account so called hotel; was asked to call back later because they were not in office; have, at this point, been on hold for 15 minutes.

Seems over priced for $100, but was the best value in Aiken.
