Cheap place in Geneva
Cheap price for the area, breakfast was too expensive. Parking was easy and free which was a big plus. Rooms were ok but not as nice as most hotels, The bed wasn’t very comfortable. For the price and being near Geneva it was good.

Not happy😔
The hotel room they put us in had the most dusty air-conditioning that there can be. The air-conditioning kept throwing out dust into the whole room we only noticed the dust next morning. Me being dust allergic that didn't help and now suffering from it. We let the reception know about and all they had to say was that they will let manager know. Not happy at all.

The property is nowhere like in the photo. We rented a two-storeyed apartment. It was very cramped. The property is badly maintained. Every item was old. The air conditioner (heating) on the first floor made noise and didn't work. We had rented for 4 days but we were so upset that we checked out in 2 days.

The room was horrid and was appalled by the bathrrooma! Brought the GM and showed the condition. The receptionist was most rude! Massive mistake in going as it has totally lost the old charm!

The rooms are large and well kept. There are no amenities to speak of. No coffee, tea, washing up liquid for dishes, etc. hall rug had sizable red wine spill. Brasserie was terrible for dinner but breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Easy transport to Geneva and to airport by bus.

Great location. Just outside the city of Geneva, but across the border in France. The rooms are spacious. Very convenient. Free parking. And our check-in receptionist gave us all the highlights of Geneva. We're glad to have stayed here, and will stay here again.

I know check in is strict in Europe but as a regular traveler hotels have often made an exception for me. This hotel would not even make a 30 mins exception. Our flight came in very early, we were jet lagged and traveling with 2 small children. We waited for 5 hours and even ended up checking us in late. The front desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming and even ignored me a few times. One of them even charged my husband’s card for the entire stay when he went to check out even though I had paid Expedia already. And then she wanted to charge us for breakfast on top of it even though it was included in the nightly rate. Our room was in poor condition. The bathroom smelled even after they cleaned it. The shower curtain was way too long and was bunched up inside the tub. There was insufficient lighting in the rooms. Decor was extremely dated. Curtains were broken. Spiderwebs present. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hair dryer kept breaking. The TV kept going in and out stating internet was week. The coffee machine broke at breakfast one day. The property seemed severely understaffed.

Space... but....
We stayed at an apartment, and it was good about space and confort at the beds; but the bathroom was a Little disappointing (courtin at the bathub and old furniture). The pool is ok. The other disappointing side was the breakfast, poor offer and no service at all (we had to do it ourselves). No gluten free offer.

This hotel appears to be in a muslim section of the Geneva airport region, which is France and this should be pointed out. Poor selection of restaurants is the area. Hotel is old and not well kept up. Not enough employees and it took 30 minutes to check in with no one waiting but me.
