Cozy Hotel - Service is bad!

Out of all you get during your stay is to see and experience a great activities during the day and specially the evening with great and very nice Animation team and entertainment activities. great fun for families. This is a contracted team can't be counted as hotel staff.
However, hotel staff especially at the front desk, reception and restaurant stand out to be very rude, inexperienced and extremely incompetent.. I doubt they understood the term "hospitality" or have been in any training per say.. When complaining to Front office manager and guest relationship they appear clueless with no authorities to do anything without getting back to Hotel GM who seems to be not available most of the times.
Food is average even though open buffet looks rich!
They ruined our stay at the end, We have left with great doubt to ever visit again!
