The cosy interior is thoughtfully designed with simple amenities, providing everything you need for a great getaway. A dedicated parking space is available below for added convenience. Whether you're looking to unwind by the sea or explore the vibrant local scene, this apartment is the perfect base for your next holiday. Also, you can bring your furry friend along! Sleeping Arrangements \- Bedroom 1: Double Bed and ceiling fan \- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, BIR and ceiling fan Heating & Cooling \- Split System in living area \- Ceiling fans in all rooms WALK THROUGH THE HOME WITH US When you drive into the complex you are able to park in any available space. Head up the stairs to a communal area where you can access all the apartments. Once you head into the apartment you will be in the main living, kitchen and dining area. This is a comfortable size for 4 guests. On your right hand side there is the kitchen. There are some great amenities and appliances for you to use during your stay. Continuing through you will walk past the 4 seater dining table, and then into the living area. This is a cosy and comfortable space. There is a lot of natural light coming into this area from the adjacent balcony. Two generous sized bedrooms are located off this main room. Bedroom 1 is on your left as you walk into the front door. This has a double size bed in it along with a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 is located on the left further into the apartment. This bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan. The bathroom and laundry are combined in one room. This is located to the left in the apartment in between both bedrooms. This generous space has a toilet and shower and also a washer/dryer. There are lots of other appliances in this room that you are welcome to use during your stay. The apartment has its own private balcony. This is a small space with a 2 seater table and chairs and also a BBQ. The balcony sits among the trees, so there is an abundance of birdlife throughout the year. You can also see glimpses of Painkalac Creek. Please note - Linen is provided with this property. Guest Access: To gain access to the property, guests will need to come and collect the keys from our Aireys Inlet office. Located at 4/75 Great Ocean Road, Aireys Inlet, 3231\. We are located next to the mini golf. You will have access to the entire property during your stay. The property does feature a garage, unfortunately this is not used for guests cars. If you will be arriving late at night we can also arrange a key drop off. The Neighborhood: Being located at the bottom shops in Aireys Inlet, you are spoiled for choice with how you want to spend your time. There is a great coffee shop located below the apartment, there is Fish and chips just down the road and also if you're interested a surf shop to grab some beach supplies. Enjoy the nearby family friendly activities such as the Great Ocean Road Mini Golf, Aireys Inlet SkatePark and Playground, the Bark Hut reserve and of course you could take the Eco Logic Split Point Lighthouse Tour and climb to the top of the famous Round the Twist lighthouse. There are some great beaches to explore in Aireys and of course Painkalac Creek if you're wanting to paddle board, kayak or fish. Getting Around: We would recommend bringing a vehicle as if you need to do a substantial grocery shop or to shop for particular ingredients you might need to visit the neighbouring towns Anglesea and Lorne where you can shop at an IGA or Foodworks.
