Absolutely amazing hotel, very clean, spacious rooms, amazing staff, especially Ahmed from reception absolutely amazing person very helpful and would go the extra mile. "We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place and would recommend the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety for all. The pool was heated however on the first couple of days it was still cold. We complained to the manager and he had it rectified the next day! We enjoyed the snacks at the pool side bar. Staff were lovely and tried to help as much as they could as there is a language barrier. The reception staff were great especially when EasyJet lost my luggage! We would like to thank Mohammed, Majid and Ibrahim for all their help to make our trip enjoyable. Thank you. "
