However, we do price match the local monopoly telecommunications company and have the best Wi-Fi service that is currently available in the Cook Islands. Regarding the damaged "ghost units" near our reception area, these are not damaged units. They were relocated from their original position and are awaiting reconnection. The delay of the ship meant work had to halt meantime before work could commence and thereafter can be put back into inventory. We understand that lighting on the property needs improvement, particularly for night walks. We are pleased to advise the lighting has arrived and will be installed prior to reopening.While we strive to provide a wide range of amenities for our guests, we understand that our offerings may have been limited during your stay due to us completing upgrades. We will review our equipment maintenance procedures and ensure that all kayaks are in optimal condition. Our aim is to provide seamless and efficient service, and it is disappointing to learn that we fell short of meeting this expectation. We assure you that we will address this matter internally to prevent any similar incidents from occurring in the future. There is an option to choose not to have your room serviced by our housekeepers and receive a 20 per day rebate against your room account that can be spent in the bar, restaurants, spa, gift shops etc. at the Resort. We also acknowledge your feedback about the speed of service at the restaurant. We recently welcomed a new chef to our team, which may have contributed to some delays in service. You would be pleased to know we have a new chef arriving this week. Rest assured, we are continuously working to enhance our dining experience and staffing levels to provide a more enjoyable and timely service to all our guests.
