Great experience
We had such a great experience at this hotel. Great customer service at the reception. We were a family of four and stay at the Annex which is in the same complex as the main building. Even thought the Annex is near the highway, we couldn’t hear any noise as our room faced the hotel’s parking lot. The room was modern, well decorated, very clean and it was big enough for our family. The bathroom was of a good size taken into consideration that bathrooms in European hotels are usually very small. The bunk beds were very comfortable. The large twin bed was a little soft for our liking. The hotel offers free parking which is very convenient. Overall great experience. We recommend this hotel.

Good location and quality for price
This is a terrific stop on the way up or way down from the mountains. Clean, efficient, comfortable and considering it is so close to the main road relatively well insulated from the noise.

Nice hotel right next to the motorway, breakfast was good but expensive (bacon and scrambled eggs). Has 4 Tesla supercharger spaces but non electric cars had parked in the spots when the hotel is full, not cool. Good hotel for a stopover to or from the mountains or heading south to Provence/Cote de Azur.

Honestly, we were disappointed
Ok I'm about to write one of those reviews that I just skip over, assuming that the reviewer was just really cranky, but man, we were disappointed with this hotel. We chose this hotel because of all the great amenities listed on the website (pillow menu, room service, turndown service, coffee/tea station) and because of the Spa. We also chose it because a boutique hotel often has warmer service and nicer details than chain hotels. Check in took 15 minutes with 4 other couples in front of us. I thought they could have had a welcome drink or at least a second receptionist during peak check in time. The room was absolutely spartan. There were 2 bottles of water, 1 pillow for each person, and that was it. No room service menu, no pillow menu, no Spa menu, nothing. When we went back to reception to ask them about these amenities, and to show them our reservation, the receptionist had no idea what we were talking about. At the restaurant, the food was mediocre and small for the price, our red wine came cold, shaken and half way through the meal. The service wasn't very bad, but we were just an afterthought. We were told on arrival that the Spa was booked for the whole weekend. They emailed us before to tell us that the restaurant gets very busy, and would we like to reserve a place? Why wouldn't they do that for the Spa as well? The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were a nightmare. There was toothpaste on the wall, the toilet was tilted. We would not stay there again.

Difficult to find it. They knowingly have a wrong post code on Hotel.com and don’t bother to send a correct one upon a reservation. So you end up in the limited traffic area in Chambery. Not good. Stylish interiors. Unfriendly staff.

Good Stop over
A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly check in and restaurant staff. Restaurant food was enjoyable. Good location for a pleasant overnight stay en route from Italy back to France.

Leider war es nicht möglich zu einer angemessenen Zeit im Restaurant zu essen. Frühestens 21:15. Wir konnten uns bis dahin nicht im Spa die Zeit vertreiben, da dieser bis 12:00 Uhr am nächsten Tag ausgebucht war. Leider war es sehr enttäuschend, da ich es meinen Kollegen vom letzten Aufenthalt empfohlen habe.

La suite est pauvrement meublée, la pièce du bas est quasi vide, la télé n'a pas toutes les chaînes . Celle d'en haut est trop basse, le bas de l'écran est masqué par le lit. Il ni a pas de douche dans la salle de bain (juste une baignoire) Pour le petit déjeuner il ni avait plus de tables propres, j'ai du récupérer des couverts et m'installer sur une table vide

Personnel très accueillant, chambre propre et agréable. Très bonne literie. Salle de sport en accès libre sympa par contre nous n' étions pas au courant que l' accès au SPA était payant 18€ pour 1h ce qui est excessif au vu des autres établissements avec cet équipement que nous avons fréquentés.

We had a suite duplex. We were four persons and we enjoyed our one night stay. TV on both floors. Wifi worked perfect. Aircondition was great. We had dinner in the restaurant and we were very satisfied. Great tasting food and quite a lot of it. We had duck, charcuterie and burger. It was very tasty. We came by car and parked our car at the hotel parking just at the hotel.

Nous avons aimé. Seul point négatif, le fait que vous notiez sur le site qu'il y a hamman et 2 bains à remous sans noter que ce n'est pas gratuit et qu'au final on nous réclame 18€ de l'heure par personne. Ça fait un peu publicité mensongère et ça nous a déçu. Par contre au niveau de la propreté de la chambre et des repas et petits déjeuners c'etait parfait mise a part la machine a café qui etait en panne mais le barman nous a fait un bon café.
