There is a beautiful lake just 2 minutes walking, and people can jog, walk, or just sit with a bottle of wine and enjoy, this place is too much

Dont go there
Ugly building. Not clean. The "lake view" is very partial. The view is of a poor residential building. The stuff is rood and unpolite. We were asked to clear the garbage from our room to a dumpster located 300 meter away.

As you can see in our pictures, there are a couple of buildings in front of us before the lake. Regarding garbage disposal, as you only stayed for one night you should not have been asked to take the rubbish out. The residence's manager will remind her reception team about this. Well located hotel in Aix-les-Bains
We had a good stay at this hotel in Aix-les-Bains. The facade looks a bit dated, but the rooms are nice inside. We were on the top floor with a view of the lake and a decent sized balcony. It is a good location with just a short walk to the lake. Breakfast was eh, but very convenient, offered from 8-10. The parking garage underneath the hotel was full, but we just parked down the street for free which was perfectly fine. Note that the reception is closed from 12:30-14:30 which affected us a few times on our trip.

Nice and comfortable, right near the lake
Just a few minute walk from the lake and with great views of the mountains, this was a simple, comfortable hotel. Facilities were good, and the breakfast was not bad. I think I would stay here again

Good for family holiday
Hotel good for price. Close to lake, not a lot of facilities close by. 30 minute walk to town, 20 to 30 minute walk to Grand Port for restaurants. Small supermarket nearby. Need a car. Good kitchen. Beds OK. Would be good for relaxing family holiday.

Spring in Aix les Bains
The apartment was large and handy to have kitchenette for easy meals. However two single beds made separately and pushed together does not constitute a double bed. The apartment had strong smell of cigarettes and it took at least two nights to get rid of the odour with room freshener. Aix les Bains provides free public transport for visitors with a card from all hotels. We found out about it on our own. Would have been better had the hotel informed us. You cannot check in until 5 pm. We did arrive earlier than that and we were able to check in. The town and surrounding areas of Aix les Bains is stunning particularly at this time of year because of the spring flowers. We hired bikes and rode about the lake. Overall enjoyed our stay in Aux Le Bains

Comfortable apartment & good location.
Comfortable apartments within short walking distance into centre with a big Carrefour supermarket next door. Decor a bit dated and the toilet was not working properly. But comfortable bed and heating worked well. Very friendly staff.

Brilliant 2 week stay in July, so close to the lake. Booked for 2more weeks in September .... I could not fault anything

Avoid it, totally unprofessional, improper hotel
Totally unprofessional! To arrive after midnight after problems on way from Italy and see reception closed, and to reach no one on the phone number mentioned at the door: nightmare in a foreign country! This apart hotel is not what you expect! Luckily Ibis Budget Hotel in Chambery had a room for the family - that has cut short the nightmare!!!

smell in the bedroom was very strong but one gets acquainted with time. its more an appartement than a hotel. The look of the building and the one next to it would have degraded the overall touristic label of the area ... overall, it does the job at a decent price.

Good beach hotel but lousy base for exploring
This hotel is great for a small family on a budget spending time at Lac de Bourget. It's across the street from the Centre Nautique (public swimming pool with water slide and beach access). There are two bunk beds and a fairly comfortable sofabed in each unit. Each unit has a kitchenette and a balcony. So far, so good. But the apartment had a musty smell, and the kitchen/dining/sofabed area was fairly cramped. The free internet service is extremely slow. My wife and I used this as a base for exploring the Alps, and it wasn't a very inviting place to come back to each evening. (Also, the sight-seeing in Aix-le-Bains is minimal) Bottom line: think about what you want from a hotel. This place is good for some purposes, not so good for others.

Not a nice place to stay
This is not an attractive or comfortable place to stay while visiting Aix-le-Bains. It is an old apartment building converted to a residhotel. Very utilitarian Concrete floors. Dirty hallways. Unfriendly reception. The room smelled like a mix of plaster and pesticide. I slept in my sleeping bag.

Absolutely Brilliant
We have been travelling to France to go Skiing for several years and i must say this is the best on route accommodation and value for money hotel we have ever used in France. The setting is fantastic and would also make a great stop over in the Summer. Trust me - you have got to stay here.

La struttura è’ un po’ particolare. Il corridoio è’ esterno e tutti gli ingressi sono singoli. L’alloggio è’ troppo grande e male organizzato. Non c’era neanche un armadio. Il bagno comodo e anche il letto comodo. La cucina ha tutto il necessario. Dalla camera il lago si vedeva appena. L’ascensore è’ lento e sotto dimensionato per la struttura. Abbiamo aspettato tanto. Si fa fatica a trovare la reception e e l’ingresso

Obwohl das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, überzeugt der freundliche Empfang und das Raumangebot im Appartement sowie das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage unweit des Lac Lebourget lädt auch im Winter zu einem Spaziergang ein.

Très calme et reposant, il fait assez chaud dans la chambre mais en ouvrant la fenêtre on arrive à passer de bonne nuit, peut être un peux cher contrairement à d’autre site où nous retrouvons la même chambre … Dans l’ensemble plutôt bien

Très très moyen !
La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous avons retrouvé des sopalins sales dans la chambre. De plus une jeune fille vient nous réveiller en toquant à la porte, nous ne savons même pas qui elle était, sûrement une femme de ménages, pour nous dire « pourquoi vous avez laisser votre clé à la réception ? » nous n’avons rien compris à ce qu’elle voulait. Nous voulions seulement nous reposer après un mariage. Bref pas top, ça passe pour dépanner une petite nuit mais sinon à fuir plutôt
