There were a number of problems with the house. It is in a very noisy location on the corner of a car rat-run used all day and evening by cars, buzzing mopeds and vans which are always in your ears and wake you up at 7am and are using it late at night. Some of our guests did not sleep well all week which is not good for a holiday. There is also a street light which shines into one of the bedrooms all night. Some of the mattresses are old, hard and very uncomfortable. It was just ok for 6 but not for 10. Only 6 people could sit in the living room or use the dining table inside. 10 people would be crowded and sleep very badly. The hot water ran out after two or three showers each day. This was said to not allow 7 baths but it did not allow three showers before running cold. There is also not a proper shower. The kitchen is too small and old for a large number of guests and was very poor and in need of modernising. The bikes were in ooor condition. The table tennis table did not have a working net so was useless. Parking was very difficult with the occupier agent downstairs using it as well. A requirement of 1,500 Euros in cash as deposit is far too much. The terrace and view were nice but I would not recommend this to anyone and think it was overpriced for the quality of the house and the actual experience.
