“Very convenient location right off the 401 and staff was great. However the condition of the property itself needs some work. In the room I stayed in, the toilet handle was broken, the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor and the bedroom door was broken. Hallways didn’t look like they had been vacuumed for months. Card reader on the back door worked when it wanted to. The closer was also broken on the back door. These are all little things that can be taken care of very quickly……

“Beautiful fixtures, but shoddy finishes and decor. Masking tape when painting would have gone a long way to show pride of ownership. Though tidy, the space was unclean: food stuck on the dishes in the cabinets, hair and dust on the floors, mildew and soap scum on the shower walls.
