“Très déçue de cet hôtel , pour moi ce n’est absolument pas un 5 étoiles. Si on m’avait annoncé un 4 avec le prix d’un 4 je n’aurais pas été déçue mais là m’attendre au standard du 5 c’est vraiment pas une bonne expérience. Nous sommes venus en urgence suite au bombardement sur Dubai.
La piscine est bien mais aucun service d’un 5 étoiles , le pire était je pense la qualité du petit-déjeuner du jamais vu.. c’est dommage.
Le personnel pas très à l’écoute ni arrangeant. ”
