"Auch bei dem zweiten Aufenthalt waren wir wieder sehr begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Räume sind groß, modern und vorallem sauber - auch im Sommer war es angenehm kühl, man konnte auch alle Rolläden komplett dunkel verschließen. Das Einchecken (Abholung der Schlüssels am Haus) ist kinderleicht und alles andere ist seibsterklärend. Bei Fragen konnte man sich wie immer rund um die Uhr an den sehr freundlichen Agenturchef wenden und bekommt alles sofort geklärt.Parkplatz ist auch immer direkt vor...

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung und Gastfreundschaft ebenfalls. Warum ich einen Stern weniger vergeben hab, ist die fehlende Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen. Bei schönem Wetter würde man gerne abends bei Kerzenschein und einem Glas Wein den Abend ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung rosenrot verfügt über keine Terrasse oder Balkon. Deswegen würde ich beim nächsten Mal eine der anderen Wohnungen mieten. Ich bin bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen."

"Pros: Nach dem einfachem Check-in, per Zahlencode an der Tür, standen wir in einer mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichteten und sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinen 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küchenzeile und tollem Duschbad. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. I would find something else if I had to do it again."
