"Great location centrally located."
We had great holiday with no problems due mostly to the support of the Hotel Staff. The Hotel Staff wrote down addresses in Japanese for us which was brilliant for asking for directions.

"Great location and value for money"
Location is great - less than 5min stroll to Hanzamon No.1 exit, but also within 7-8 min of Nagatacho for additional metro options. Quiet area, nice little local places to eat great inexpensive Japanese food. It is not 5-star luxury, but if that's what you are after, then you would be on a bigger budget. For a great price, you get a clean room and facilities in a nice convenient and quiet location. The buffet breakfast is worth adding on - plenty of variety (local and western cuisine) and takes the hassle out of finding breakfast options each day. Sure, the rooms are not huge, but if you want wide open spaces, then you wouldn't be visiting Tokyo!.

"Definitely worth the stay."
The hotel staff was extremely friendly & helpful. There ability to speak & understand English was pretty good. The beds are firm. Which I don't mind a firm bed, but they were firm & I was worried about that at first. Honestly, it was the best sleep I had in years. Helped my back immensely. The rooms are spotless. I stand at 6'-2" and standing in the shower wasn't a problem. The shower head was lower but no biggy. The tub was a decent size. And the bathroom as well was a decent size. It's a decent hotel, the services are good, restaurant food was good, & the hotel was pretty centralized for me & my buddy to visit all the sites that we wanted to see. FYI, you will pay a little more money for food at a hotel then if you went out some where, but that is to be expected. Regardless the staff & service at the restaurant, on the main floor was great. I'm not saying that the other restaurants on the other floors aren't, it's just that we didn't try them out.
