"Great hotel in good location"
Beautiful, quiet, friendly luxury hotel. Only downside is that the gym/pool is not allowed for children under 18. Hotel is in a walking distance to good spots in Akasaka, Roppongi, and Hanzomon.

"Clean hotel in convenient location"
The hotel room was spacious and clean and contained everything necessary. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located walking distance from many restaurants and bars and near Yotsuya underground and JR stations from which the rest of Tokyo can easily be accessed.

"Great location centrally located."
We had great holiday with no problems due mostly to the support of the Hotel Staff. The Hotel Staff wrote down addresses in Japanese for us which was brilliant for asking for directions.

"Enjoyable Stay."
The hotel is very nice and the staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and everything but the washroom was quite modern. As with most Japanese accommodation the sleeping arrangement was a bit tight for a family of four. The outdoor pool was great for the kids, but get there early if you visit in the summer as the crowds will amass. After 6pm the pool turns into a bit of a party place fornJapan's younger generation. The pool comes with a price tag if you are not a New Otani club member (free to sign up). The location is good for travelling around the city as well.

"Hotel near subway, quiet area, limited laundry"
Hotel was fine, a few minutes walk to Hanzomon subway station, in a quiet neighborhood with many convenience stores and a limited selection of restaurants nearby. The room was so small there was no place to put a large suitcase (not atypical for Japan). I chose the hotel for the laundry facilities (as I was staying there for a week on a long trip). However, I was disappointed because there's only one washer and one very slow dryer (jeans were still damp after 2 hours and 400 yen of drying) so they're always in use the whole evening. In short, the hotel is a reasonable option if you want a quiet place near the subway and don't need laundry access.

"Nice Stay"
We had a double bed in a small room, but it was very clean and comfortable. The bath tub was quite nice. Especially if it's on sale, I highly recommend staying here.
