The Monterey Hotel Akasaka was situated in a quiet area but subway stations are closed by. The hotel is a bit old but with well maintenance, amenities are fully equipped. Cleanliness is super, staffs are very friendly and helpful. I like this hotel.
A good hotel with an extremely friendly multi lingual staff.
The staff is friendly, rooms are small but clean and well maintained with the exception of the washing feature of the toilet. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special. It has a small fitness room that is okay. The location is good with lots of restaurants and bars close by, ten minutes walk ...
Changed to bigger room as no drawers & space in "wardrobe" inadequate to store suitcase, access under bed not available either. Too small for week stay.
It was a nice hotel. The room was small but maybe that's not unusual for a budget hotel in Tokyo
It was close to the station.
Room was a bit small, but it is Japan so nothing I was not expecting! Loved the staff!! They accidentally threw away my TSA approved ziplock and they made sure they replaced it before I checked out!!!
Close to subway great little local restaurants close by. Breakfast was nice.
This was a great place to stay. It’s location is fantastic in a very nice area. Easy to get around 10 min to the tube walking. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was clean and the hotel had lovely staff. I would recommend.
