"Great hotel and staff"
Would recommend this hotel to any family staying in toyko, great location and rooms are excellent. Subway station directly under hotel so getting around was easy. Rooms were large and bathrooms were spacious. Thank you very much.?

"Japanese style rooms"
This hotel has Japanese style rooms which are hard to find in Tokyo at this price. The location is good near the subway but away from the heart of the busy tourist areas. The rooms have views which is also rare in this price category.

"Staff gave poor information"
When booking a trip to Mt. Fuji the staff gave me the wrong meeting place which wasn't that bad but the travel time Narita airport by train is way over an hour which almost cost me my flight! They gave me two tea cups for the first infraction so they tried to help but the second left me furious.

"Very Big Hotel with Great Staff"
The huge hotel's many restaraunts are generally pricey despite some obscure discounts for hotel guests. The good news is that the surrounding neighborhood is filled with wonderful places to eat. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and the staff from concierge through the cleaning people and elevator operators, is super friendly and amazingly competent. A great stay.

"Pleasant Stay"
The hotel is used for mostly business conferences on the lower level, the hotel is indeed in a business district. A convenience store across the street. Staff were helpful and accomondating since i missed my flight and had to change reservation. For smokers there is smoking rooms on floor 5-7. Overall a pleasant stay.

"Choose depending on your needs"
Expectations of this place should be carefully based on the balance of previous reviews and choose it if it really suits your needs, keeping in mind its cons. Pros - quiet location and good accessibility to subways (but expect to change lines a few times to get to places), some added amenities including microwave, stove, washer (and maybe dryer, but controls are all in Japanese; also no really kitchen bench so very limited usefulness to the stove). Cons - tricky to find (examine maps carefully before going there), stairs up which luggage needs to be hauled up, small area (but larger than a comparable hotel room), clean overall but can become messy pretty quick and servicing is not consistent (cleaners came on 4th day, then 6th day after that despite their note saying every 4 days), not much view. Overall we were satisfied as it met our needs better having a toddler and needing to do regular washing, but it was a compromise and a hotel is a lot less effort.

"Nice hotel near the akasaka mitsuke metro"
Stayed in a twin bed room. The beds are bigger than normal twin bed which is rare in a Tokyo. Room is always very clean and equipped with full set of toiletries . The hotel is very near to the akasaka mitsuke metro which has a few lines and is very convenient. It is also surrounded with a lot of eateries!

Lovely hotel and great staff service. However, the rooms are rather small, although OK for people who want to spend the time outside. No hotel breakfast offered. The little cafe at the ground floor is nice, but with only few choices. The hotel is nicely situated in an area that is safe and with great inexpensive restaurant choices. Greatly recommended.
