Beautiful tropical gardens leading right to the gorgeous beach. Spa ious. Lean room with huge porch that could seat group of friends or whole family. 3 lovely pool. Excellent prompt service when when front desk called. Would stay there again

We had bitten by bed bugs, we had mosquitoes in the room. Staff was super stupid, terrible experience. Breakfast was disgusting for 700 pecos Securety was so rude he feel he is like a king there insane . Internet worked terrible

My fiancé and I planned to be here for 2 weeks. Upon arrival we were given a room completely different than what we paid for. Once told, they moved us to a cheaper room for the same cost without reimbursement. This building had no AC , and the AC in the room took an entire day to cool down. (Which required us to stay in the room because the ac in the room only worked when in the room. And remember the building had no ac running, so anytime we left our room would heat up immensely) We had roaches in our room and the patio was an amazing smell of sewage. DO NOT DRINK THE WATER HERE, including the complementary drink as the ice is not good either. They do not serve clean water. We only ate at the property and after our second meal( which was break fast) we both gotsick with diarrhea and an upset stomach. After the second day we had to leave the island to seek medical attention because of their lack of care. I made the property aware of everything because they told me they would only give my deposit back if I told them why I was checking out early. I asked for a refund and they said i would need to call Expedia since I booked with them. To reiterate we stayed 2 days out of the 14 days booked. Even though we were put into a cheaper room they refused to refund anything to Expedia. When Expedia tried to get the property purposely did not answer the calls and choose to not give the refund back. I would never stay here again. I lost over 900$.

Traveling with seniors could be challenging but I was really impressed from the start. The shuttle Service from and to the airport was such a breeze we were treated lime VIPs! Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps golf cart service around the huge property for the elders. They had a wheelchair which was never offered. The room was nice but was way in the back of the property, again a wheelchair would have been nice. Other than that they made our first time in Boracay awesome we are considering coming back! Thank you!

I like the location but I dont like the covid 19 kits, they are not free unlike other hotels. There is no free water too inside there room you will pay for it for 80 pesos per bottle.

Enjoyable Stay
Staff so helpful and friendly. Location was great, just a short walk along the beach to the main area DMall. Mini market across the road and many dining options to choose from just along the beach front of the hotel. Mostly Korean and Chinese based guests. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great place to stay
Location at station 3, has 3 swimming pools, 3 restaurants on site with excellent prices for Boracay and 1 of those is open 24 hrs with bar and offers room service as well . Large spacious property with tropical garden. Massage services on site beach side, pool side and in room. Would recommend and would stay again.

This was my second to visit Boracay during this current trip and I stayed at Paradise Garden both times. The first time I was not happy with Tryst restaurant so we ate at Sunset Resto this time and it was great. The staff, like always, was awesome, but special shout to Lovella and Karine, both at the Sunset Resto. Thank you ladies.

I love Paradise Garden. It is an awesome resort. The food, the grounds, the staff, the swimming pool, the beach, awesome. The problem was the Tryst Restaurant. The staff at this restaurant was not good. Many times they forgot things when we ordered them, or brought the wrong thing. They were nice and attentive, but not good with the orders. And the food is the most important thing when you go to a restaurant. Also, they were inconsistent with orders, meaning if you ordered something one time and you liked it, and you ordered it again, it would be completely different the next time.

The staff are great. The rooms are keep immaculately clean but they are getting a bit tired. Fortunately we were booked into a Summer House room which gave us access to the a la carts breakfast area. If you are in a cheaper room which means you have to go to the buffet for breakfast which is a push and shove contest with the literally hundreds of Chinese and Korean group booking guests.

Disappointing and poorly managed
Location is great, the overall facilities are ok although a bit tired. Everything other than the physical venue was very disappointing and frustrating. Check-in took half an hour and required me to email them a copy of my reservation twice - showing them the printout was not enough. There are two small pools, but towels only at one of them, 5 min walk away from the other one. No towels at the beach, have to go take them from the pool first. Had to bring a receipt for the beach towels before they would exchange them.Other things that matter and are very easy to do were also a mess - like bed not made up properly, restaurant staff completely disorganized - was run after and accused of not paying the restaurant bill, 5 minutes after it was settled, and I was one of only three tables with guests at the time. Overall this could be a much more pleasant stay if the policies were changed and the staff better trained... Would not recommend.

Hotel was under renovation, so lots of noise, materials and men working. Aside from that we loved the spacious room that we got, the buffet breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very warm and polite...the hotel is located on the beachfront, so it's a short walk to all of the top attractions on the main strip.

Beautiful location
This hotel is perfectly located on the beach just a short walk from the busy Station 2. I would say the location is perfect within easy walking distance. The beach down this end is quieter and cleaner. Unfortunately the staff at the hotel are very unaccommodating. The hotel itself is fine. One other tip for Western visitors, don't bother paying for breakfast, there are many food options just outside the hotel on the beach side. Overall I loved my stay in Boracay.

Nice stay.
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The facility has a great pool . I was there in the rainy season and it was nice to have such a nice pool. Access to the beach is nice. When compare to other hotels that I observe on my walk along station 2 and 3 I felt Paradise was a good choice, The off season rates were decent.

A room with no balcony overlooking a chicken farm and dump. When checking in, told have to eat all food on plate at breakfast or be charged extra fee, constantly questioned by security if staying at the hotel, when checking out all room charges broken down into taxes and fees but sum does not equal total amount actually charged. STAY AWAY!!!!

The hotel is more than 5 mins. Walk to the beach. There is a construction in front of our balcony and there is a loud noise on the air condition. Wifi is not working the whole time we r there and the service was slow ....

I had a wonderful time with my partner. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so helpful in every sense of the word and I would definitely recommend anyone to this hotel. Apart from the above the transportation back to the Airport was well coordinated. The bottom line is that I was more than impressed with everything is this friendly hotel and we are looking forward to another visit this year God willing!!

Hotel has no Hot water in the Bath tub and the room is small for been a one bedroom suite, over all the Hotel is good its very clean and has outstanding security everywhere. Feels very safe. Hotel location is not a great one since its located in station 3 of the island and thats where all the small boats go in and out.

Paradise Gardents - Boracay
The resort was peaceful and very clean, even over the Christmas period when we stayed. It's a stones throw from the beach and main footpath which has all the local bars and restaurants. It is also only a 15 minute drive from the harbour where you land on the Island. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Korea) Black coffee at breakfast is not only awful but allo cost extra (unless you want it with milk) But overall a much better than average hotel - and I am picky...

Paradise Garden: Good location, grounds
We chose the Paradise Garden for it's location- right in the middle of White Beach, the centre of the action, but set back far enough to avoid the noise with nice, sparse grounds and a great pool. The service is OK, the rooms quite basic (think one set of lighting, few extras). As for previous reviewer talking about being 'offered' various unsavoury things, we didn't get offered anything (at all on the island) so this is clearly incorrect currently (2011). Good hotel for a short stay. If you are with a partner, and you want a quality hotel with great service, views etc then go well away from main beach to elsewhere on the island. Downside is you will have to get a 15min taxi to shops, restaurants, shopping etc. This hotel is ok for a short stay where you are going to be out on the water mostly, not hanging about the hotel.

The hotel is good but a few points to improve 1. internet is extremely slow and a lot of interroptions, 2. food is not as good as the hotel itself 3.funny to see their translation from English to Chinese in the bathroom. As a Chinese, I could not understand their translated Chinese if I don't know English.. Suggest them to redo it so that we Chinese who does not understand English can understand.

I was at the hotel for 4 nights. I had a one bed roon suite, it really need to be up dated, the Kitchen looks as if it was from a 1950s TV show. But none of that matters becouse you are not allowed to bring any thing to your room to cook, "so what good is the kitchen?" The staff was very nice and did every thing they could for you. But the rooms really need to be up dated and get some new TVs, one would thing if you were to get a one bedroom suite, there would be a TV in the bedroom, there is none 3 star at best

Fabulous Place
Stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Perfect service from charming young staff. Very good food offered with 3 buffet meals per day (lunch & dinner at the beach; no charge for breakfast). Very nice large swimming pool. Sun-shaded lounging on the beach. Good security staff. Highly recommended. (Tip: take mosquito repellent with you to Boracay no matter which hotel you choose because the little monsters will find you there.)

Needs to improve their customer service a lot! Specially upon arrival, to make customer feel comfortable and welcome. They just gave me a glass of juice without any say. Staff needs to be more warm and helpful. I have to ask all the time what activities are available. Staff must be more informative to their customer!. I did not find this at all. Although I was able to join a group to do Island hopping upon my request.That was nice.Staff needs to be more be helpful and vibrant. Breakfast buffet was free but food that needs to be warm was cold,although the breakfast area was at the garden area and was comfortable. A good 3 minute walk to the ocean front was very nice and relaxing for me, even though I prefered to be closer to the ocean. I liked that. It was a quiet place to relax untiI you go to the ocean front and entertain yourself. I will rate this hotel as a probaly a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. The rate should be a little lower.

Few places exceed my expectations enough to get me to write something but this place really ticked the boxes. THe facilities, decor of rooms and public areas, gardens and pool were first class. The breakfast catered for all tastes and the people very friendly. This is a place I will go again and again.

An OK place to stay if everywhere else is fully booked! Me and my boyfriend (we're from Europe) stayed at One MGM, because all of the other hotels were fully booked. The hotel is located at boat station 3, a few mins from the beach. The resort stretches towards the beach.The resort has a lot of tall trees but the place looks neglected in some parts. The breakfast was disappointing but I suppose suits the palets of locals or Koreans (sweet sauasages, rice, carbonara, DRY rice, a "selection" of fruits consisting of only water melon..what about he infamous sweet mangoes?!?!, sweet bread, marmalade..no jams, pasta, not very appetising salad bar...). Also, for dinner you have to walk down to the beach where there's a buffet overrun by locals. Also, the rooms are big, but the bathrooms, furniture and decor are very old fashioned. Beware of building works...!!There's not a good reflection in the price you pay. I suppose you're paying for the acres of ground they own and hardly maintain.

コロナ禍の影響で3年ぶりにボラカイに出かけました。 夫婦2人で、パラダイスガーデンのデラックスルームに10泊しました。 ボラカイのカティクラン空港には多くの観光客が来ていて、マニラからの航空機内は満席でした。 デラックスルームは広い敷地内の、コテージタイプの宿泊施設で、1階に2部屋、2回に2部屋あり、SH１D（サマーハウス）の2階部屋です。シングルベッド2台にエアコン、冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、洗面所、トイレ、シャワー室があり、シャワー室には引き戸があって、トイレの床への水漏れの心配はありませんでした。 ベランダは広くイスとテーブル家具付きに。足が延ばせるデッキチェアが配置されています。 ホテルの朝食は　6;00~10;00　ビュッフェスタイルで、部屋番号と人数を伝え、お皿がもらいます。内容はフィリピン料理（白米とフライドライス）＋（鶏肉・豚肉・魚）などが日替わりで提供されます。パン類は作り立ての（ワッフル・パンケーキ）の他、ロールパンや角切りパンがありました。卵料理は（目玉焼き・スクランブルエッグ）があり、客が少なければオムレツをオーダーできました。飲み物は（コヒー・オレンジジュース・パインジュース）があり、フルーツはきいろいかにくのスイカまたはパイナップルだけでした、すべてセルフサービスでした。 滞在中1日は、中国の団体客が滞在していて食堂が満員で席が確保できず、仕方なく自分で部屋まで料理を運んで食べました。 ホテルのプールは3か所あり、プーリサイドのスタッフに部屋番号を伝えるとタオルの申し込み控えを用紙に名前とサインを記入します、タオルはビーチに持ち出し可能で、返す時に控えと一緒にタオルを返却します。 食堂の脇のプールは使用禁止だったため、他の2か所のプールを使用しました。 一つは、ウオータースライダー付きで、プールバーが併設されていました。もう一つのプールはビーチパラソルが設置されていて、静かでしたので、ほぼ毎日利用していました。 Ⅾモールにはホワイトビーチを歩いて約15分、Xモールへはメインロードを歩いて約10分で、ホテルの近くにはコンビニもスパーもありますし、レストランもたくさんありとても便利でした。 日本に帰国する際は、ホテルで送迎を頼むと一人９００ペソでカティクラン空港まで送って頂きました。ボラカイのボートステーションからは”ジェットボート”に乗船でき、混合乗船ではないため出発時間待ちもなく、”快適で快速”な乗船体験でした。 ボラカイに向かうときは、空港で一人1050ペソで送迎を手配しましたが、3年前にボラカイに行った際は250ペソだったので高くなったなと思いましたが、ポータからのチップ要求がなくなり、観光客には安心で安全になっていました、また次もボラカイ島を旅行したいです。 ホテルの皆さん、友達になった「アーノルド」さんありがとうございました。
