The hot tub jets didn’t all work, also the water was a murky icky color. It also was super low in water. The hot tub could use some attention to become better. Other than that is was a decent hotel. Not for the price I paid for the room. I have stayed before in Fairfield’s. But this was one was nothing near what I was used to. It was good but not for $150 plus tax a night

I was charged for parking a car I did not have. Called to complain. They sent me a receipt saying they removed it, yet still charged my card. Shady business practices. Other than that the stay was fine. The property is old but the rooms were clean. Staff was nice.

Front staff worker was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Hotel was super quiet with easy parking. One major bummer was that the hot tub is out of order since December. We picked the hotel for the hot tub and pool ( which was much smaller and older than the pictures). But the staff, breakfast and quiet made up for it!

The rooms and hotel were clean and the service was good, however, when I received a bill for a $3.00/night parking fee, I was less than impressed. REALLY??? I won't be staying there again.

Hotel staff was fantastic and very friendly! Rooms were clean and comfortable!! Unfortunately the was the hot tub wasn’t working and didn’t find out until arrival. The other thing I would mention is the hotel needs a renovation and showed wear and tear. In general staff was great, rooms were clean and would stay again!

When we booked, we booked a room with a king size bed. We have one at home, the bed we had was definitely not as big, a queen maybe??? Was a difficult sleep with my husbands Parkinson’s.

I stayed in an executive suite. The room had a few lamps and desk lights that you could only turn on/off by plugging in/unplugging. The coffee maker in the room was missing parts and did not work. The toilet seemed to be on its last legs and instead of flushing just filled up and then slowly over the course of an hour would return back to a normal level water height. The shower constantly dripped no matter what. One 32 inch tv that you have to manually swivel to face either the bedroom or the living room/desk area is hilarious for a Marriott Bonvoy property in the year 2023. Avoid

Jessica was at the desk when we checked in. She was more than welcoming and enthusiastic!! The door to our room 317, was hung off kilter, there was what appeared to be dried vomit on the carpet next to the trash can.pool and hit tub were dirty. The jets in the hot tub were non working. Very dated hotel.
