The hotel was right off the freeway but behind some restaurants, so it was tucked away a bit which made me feel safe. It had several restaurants within walking distant which was nice- fast food, sports bar, steak house. It was a nice variety. A couple of gas stations were nearby, too. All in all, it was convenient. The staff were all friendly, too. The door wasn't secured when we first got there, which was weird. No one was inside, though. The bathroom floor wasn't as clean as it could be and there was a stain on the sofa. Otherwise it seemed clean. The area was pretty quiet except for the AC. The air conditioner rattled all night long. We were only staying one night and it was late by the time we got back from dinner, so we didn't feel like calling anyone to deal with it. The hotel was all booked up that night due to the solar eclipse the next day, so we weren't going to be able to change rooms. I thought the price was expensive, but the demand was higher than normal, and they took advantage of that. All the hotels were doing it that had rooms left, so I guess that's what we get for waiting until a couple of days before to book a room. I would stay there again if the price were to come down.

Woke up early in the morning and saw two bed bugs crawling over my pillow and sheets. One was an adult. The front desk was very apologetic and helpful, but this is condition is unacceptable. Currently have roughly 35 bite marks on my arms and ankles.

Overall visit was good, we checked in somewhat late. Made it to the room and went to bed almost immediately. In the morning we discovered no tv remote. My wife told the employee at the front desk and her response was "this is quite common because the remotes get left in the sheets and make their way to the laundry area". I think in my years of travels, this is the 1st time the remote was missing. If this is a reoccurring issue, why not have housekeeping have a checklist for the room.

Overall nice rooms, nice staff and the complimentary breakfast was very good. However there were several area's in yhe main lobby where a wall was falling apart and the elevator to the room felt very unsafe.

The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job! Breakfast was great with an awesome selection and the staff kept the food well stocked for the high volume of guests at the hotel during our stay. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was redone since our last stay. The new showers were beautiful but the shower heads could have been a bit better quality. Despite the hotel being packed we still had hot showers every morning. I would recommend that a small plunger be available in each room for guest usage as my husband had to ask the clerk at the desk for one in the middle of the night and it took about 40 minutes for him to locate one for y husband to use and return. My kids loved the pool and it was very clean and stocked with towels. The floors were a bit crumbly due to the chlorine and the towels could have been a little lager to cover an adult body (I and only a size 12 and I could barely fit one around me.

The front desk, all shifts, are friendly and helpful. We stayed for two weeks, and it was very comfortable to stay there. Also, the fitness room is great.

I did not like that I had to take my brother who is handicapped to the first floor to take a shower. That room had a walk in shower instead of tub. We had a handicapped room with 2 queen beds.
