Lots of Hamptons are being renovated and this is one of them. Was offered a newly remodeled room on the first floor so took it. But it wasn’t finished…… grout missing in the bathroom, no room drapes aside from the light shade so the bright parking lot light lit the room up then entire night. No paintings on the walls yet so echoing was big. BUT I’m sure they’ll fix it all~ breakfast was great, staff was super polite, bed was new and amazing and parking was great.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfy. Loved the spa shower! The front area was very nice as were the staff. I’d definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Very quiet which was surprising because there were two swim teams staying at the same time. Also they kept the breakfast items stocked fairly quickly. Again surprisingly since there were so many kids there. They also had plenty of seating because they opened an overflow room before it was even needed

Maintenance knocks at doors uncheduled, interrupting. Room has faucet detached and water does not switch from faucet to shower well. Room materials are cheap. Shampoo and conditioner jars are empty and unchecked. This is not a well managed Hampton inn

While it was understandable, there was upgrades of facilities being performed. The staff did a good job and were helpful with local directions. I'd stay there again.

This did not feel like a stay at a Hampton. For the cost we expected more. Beds were not as comfortable as expected. It appears there were renovations on-going

Christmas weekend in Canton
I had an awesome stay over Christmas holiday. I wish I had remembered the wekkend attendant name because She was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The building is a tad dated but She stated major renovations were coming right up. 2 Thumbs up!

The receptionist canceled my reservation. TOOK humor as a personal affront. MY daughter could not believe she hung up ,my daughter then called to inquire what the problem was and....she informed her my reservation was canceled....I went to the Hyatt.
