Hair on comforter and room was so noisy. You can hear people flush toilet and shower woke us up so early, could be cause they put us in adjoining room.

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Clean modern
Cons: sound insulation!!!!!!!!
very noisy room, poor sound insulation, could hear phones, showers, sinks running water, etc.

I'm sorry your stay wasn't as pleasant as we all hoped for. Sound can be an issue in most hotels. We offer fans, sound machines, and ear plugs for our guests to help drown out unwanted noises. I hope you will return to stay with again and give one of these options a try.

I'm very sorry you did not 100% enjoy your stay with us. Did you know that our King bedrooms have our Garden Sleep System? Our Garden Sleep System allows you to control the firmness of your side of the bed! Each side is individually controlled for a superior nights rest. I hope you will stay with us again and give our King Garden Sleep System Beds a try. I think you'll enjoy them!

Traveled to see ill family member on a red eye flight. Staff went above and beyond to get a room ready for me to check in early.

Close to the airport

Staff was incredibly helpful when Expedia failed to properly reserve the room for us. Even though they were at capacity and did not have any rooms of the type we were looking for they found any acceptable room. They went out of their way to make sure that my kids were comfortable while I sorted out the issues with the reservation.

Very nice hotel close to Canton-Akron airport.

Pros: Everything!
Cons: Have this hotel at every airport.
Location: Best location if you want something close to the airport.
I had a terrible flight experience and was so tired but the hotel employees (especially Dave) made my check-in experience extremely pleasant. The hotel looked and smelled very clean and my room was totally comfortable in every aspect. The next time I am in Canton-Akron, I will definitely being staying at this hotel. If you decide to stay, be sure and grab something to go or dine-in the onsite restaurant...everything is yummy and their desserts are so awesome!

Overnight for Early Flight at CAK

Pros: Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable room. Complimentary shuttle service.
Cons: Beds could be just a bit more comfortable.
Location: Close to the airport and just off of I-77. Not much else in the immediate vicinity.
Hotel staff was very friendly. Pleasantly greeted upon arrival. The lobby was very sleek and clean. The restaurant looked nice with other patrons eating and socializing in the dining area. However, I arrived late and did not get to eat at the restaurant. Also, I left before breakfast was served in the morning, so I cannot comment on the breakfast. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I can sleep pretty much anywhere and did not have an issue falling right to sleep. The free shuttle service was excellent and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. The hotel is conveniently close to the interstate, and the airport is just across the street.

Hampton, my hotel of choice.

We always find Hampton properties to be a good value. Location was good, staff helpful and nice, rooms are clean and comfortable (keep in mind the mattress's are adjustable to desired firmness) Smooth check-in/check-out. An the area is quite.
