Hair on comforter and room was so noisy. You can hear people flush toilet and shower woke us up so early, could be cause they put us in adjoining room.

Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Clean modern
Cons: sound insulation!!!!!!!!
very noisy room, poor sound insulation, could hear phones, showers, sinks running water, etc.

I'm sorry your stay wasn't as pleasant as we all hoped for. Sound can be an issue in most hotels. We offer fans, sound machines, and ear plugs for our guests to help drown out unwanted noises. I hope you will return to stay with again and give one of these options a try.

Great CAK hotel

If you are ever going to take an early flight out of CAK, this is the place. Mya will keep serving until the customers are done and the staff is 100% customer oriented. Closest hotel to the airport and the shuttle runs early enough for the first flight out.

good and bad

Pros: had a suite and very nice room
Cons: time to check in
Location: across from CAK and not much else around walk wise
the girl at the desk was so so slow at check in and told me at 3pm my suite was not ready and when I told her to check again she said opps here it is. room was nice. heater made alot of noise turning on and off,

I'm sorry that you had issues at check in. We have several new Front Desk Agents who are still in training to learn the system. Our maintenance team have been conducting routine maintenance on our heating/air conditioning systems to get them ready for the winter season. Convenient to Akron-Canton Airport

Thank you for your review. We are in a great location being directly across the street from the airport making our shuttle service a valued perk for our guests. We have 24/7 shuttle availability for any guests needing to go to or be picked up from the Akron Canton Airport.

Terrible Traffic Noise

Cons: Buy better quality windows!
Make sure your room is on the airport side of the hotel. The noise on the interstate side will keep you awake all night. Cheap cheap windows!
