I had a reservation and they gave my room away. They no longer had a 2 queen room that I reserved and payed for. So I had to stay in another room and my kids got the couch and a cot.

Room was renovated, pretty nice. Sliding door on bathroom is bad idea. Noisy open and close in the night. Could use a cheat sheet for the TV so you know the basic channels. Lobby area and bar are very nice. HVAC is a little noisy. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area.

My stay at this property was amazing. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay. I want to give a big shout out to the front desk workers who help me find my necklace charm that fell down the elevator shoot. They went over and adobe with their customer service.

The only reason this property is getting 2 stars is because they were doing construction literally right above my room during my stay. Even though the hours of construction were from 10 AM-5 PM, it was still VERY loud. Also the hot water was nonexistent. I was on the top floor (floor 3) and when I called the desk to ask if it was because of the construction, I was informed that the 3rd floor hot water “takes awhile to heat up. Try turning in the sink too to warm it up faster.” I did that for 20 minutes and still had no hot water so I gave up

I prepaid through expedia. Have receipt. Hotel asked for csrd. Charged me full amount again. Says they do not show expedia payment so now i have to waste time to make sure im not double charged. Additionally expedia was $10 more expensive than if i booked witb hotel through IHG app or when i arrived. Dont trust expedia for best deal or to make prepaid hotel reservation. Amazing selling using app for deals and its not a deal. And im in town for sons college graduation and i have to waste time making sure im not doubled charged. Will think twice next time about using expedai. Very frustrated and irritated when this is supposed to be a fun and happy time with my family.

The property is centrally located and has many options for shopping and dining. There is a restaurant on-site yet we did not go.

3 items need addressed for our room....
The check-in was "meh" at best. Something with Hotels.com slowed the process down to about a 20 minute ordeal. Holiday Inn had to call hotels.com because of a issue with how it was "paid for". That's the first thing. The room was very nice in overall appearance. BUT later we found out a number of things that we brought to the front desk's attention: 1. The fan in the room made a terrible, terrible sound when it came on. It kept us awake! We had to turn it off and my wife was cold the entire night. 2. The shower. It took almost 15 minutes...15 MINUTES for the shower to run hot water. WHY??? 3. The toilet. It took a number of presses for the toilet to flush a full bowl. We should be able to press the button on the toilet and walk away. No, this required up to 3 times to press it & hold it for about 10-15 seconds to even flush a piece of toilet paper down. The room, overall was very, very nice! Well presented and very cozy. If it weren't for those 3 items I mentioned above, it would have been a perfect stay. As a side note, my sister and her husband stayed on the same floor, a number of rooms down. They too had issues with the shower so I know it wasn't just our room.

The place has been updated and clean. Love twnty/20 restaurant. Faculty is very nice. Our room was nice and clean but we had issues with the microwave and refrigerator not working. We told them at checkout. We were only there one night.

Room had an awful whistling noise coming from the toilet. Loud. Front desk gave us another room, and the toilet didn't work right in that room either. The handle was in a vertical position and the seal leaked inside the toilet. Wouldn't flush right either. Just awful. And literally ten sheets of toilet paper on the used roll on the wall.

Property was very close to a mall and a lot of shopping/restaurants. The building was outdated, in our room many things were broken—-all locks, the shower, the bathroom fan. We paid for breakfast ahead of time and then we’re told we’d order and pay again at the restaurant.

The bath tub was slippery, the shower curtain smelled of mildew, and the internet was weak. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk was responsive, courteous and professional. The wait staff in the restaurant was likewise excellent and the food was well prepared. Overall a good stay.

The room had i reserved was not available, had to settle for something less, house keeping staff were very noisy in the morning, in addition the pool was filthy and had to be closed for cleaning, but that didn't happen during my stay

The housekeepers were wonderful and provided fresh towels immediately upon request. The toilet was broke for 2 days and was never fixed, even after multiple requests. Daryl at the front desk was extremely rude.

Hotel located in great area with lots of food and shopping options. Very close to hall of Fame Condition of rooms not updated . Shower was leaking between the floor and tub. Bar located across from hotel and played loud music till 2am . Staff did apologize and the hotel is in process of remodeling all rooms

Staff was great. Stayed for 4 days though and had to request housekeeping to come in- not a huge deal, but thought they would just go in. No vacancy during my stay and staff still helped me get early check in. Very helpful!
