This hotel is convenient to lots of restaurants and the Kent Stage. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly.

There needs to be some sort of outlet on or near the bedside table for phones. Also wish there was some sort of rewards program for those who stay regularly. Otherwise love staying here.

Clean, spacious room with a little refrigerator that is actually cold. Nice hot shower also. No free breakfast and parking is 10 dollars so, there’s that.

Very nice, large rooms. Convenient parking in garage next door. Walking distance to everything in downtown Kent. Would definitely stay here again!

If you are visiting the campus this is a beautiful place to stay! It's right across the street and a perfect location! The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

The only negative is how dark the room is and inconsistent room cleaning. They brought new towels but.left a full bathroom barrell... just seemed like a lazy thing to do

Hotel as always a great place to stay but apparently due to weekend or shortage in staff no maid service in terms of making the bed and freshening towels and other complementary items. I even posted the request for maid service on my door.
