Pros: Location and pricing were very good.
Cons: Room conditions Possibly some fruit on the breakfast menu.
Location: It was close to the event we were attending. Other than that we left before doing any local sightseeing
The room was as clean as it could be, but the carpeting was in dire need of cleaning/replacing. Bathroom fixtures had been cleaned but the tub was of a material that never really looks clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice It had nothing to do with the staff. Just the overall discomfort of not super clean. That is the problem with carpet, it gets worn and dirty very quickly

The desk clerk was very friendly. Everything was ok, until we needed to use the phone. My friend picked up the receiver and the cord fell off! If this had been an emergency, we would have been in trouble. We asked for a discount, and he said it wasn't possible because I had gotten my reservation through hotels.com.

This was the worst Red Roof room we have ever stayed in. The A/C was leaking all over the floor and the room smelled of we dog because of it. We were told this had been a problem earlier in the week. Carpet was soaking wet, the A/C would only run if it was set on 64 and when it shut off we never knew when it would turn back on. The shower would not completely do to the shower head. 3/4ths of the water continued to fill the tub. By the time we could finish the shower you were standing in water up to above your ankles. Staff was very nice and gave us no trouble with getting extra pillows or towels to put under the A/C. Will never stay at that location again and probably will choose a different hotel when possible.

This is a budget hotel, I get that. The A/C was not working in the 1st room that we were offered and we were politely directed to a 2nd room. Hey, things happen, A/C's go bad and I understand that. Problem was both rooms were not clean. Toothpaste on the mirror, dirty bathrooms, floors not vacuumed, poor maintenance (splashed paint, banged up doors and walls etc.)This is a high volume contractor location and that's fine if you have been working in the field all day and need a place to crash for the night. Not the best choice for family or couples. Look for other options very close by and Red Roof, you need to send your quality inspectors for a quick visit, I know you expect better as well.

We booked this room because of the positive reviews & the hotel was close to our stops. Our room was nice..but..our bedspread was covered in white dog hair & actually smelled like a dog. We called the front desk & were informed that they would not be able to replace it. We put the bedspread in a corner & went to dinner. On our return, once again, asked about the smelly bedspread & informed nothing they could do. We should have left then & there. Breakfast was awful!! & the manager didnot seem to care, nothing but toast, stale cereal, & a broken coffee machine. We went to Bob Evans. When we checked out, I asked for the manager..he was not available and there was nothing the clerk could do. I am so very sad..this was awful!!!!
