When we walked in no one was at the front desk and we had to wait for them to come out of the back area. They were abrupt. Just not a very welcoming experience. We could hear a lot of banging and people in the hallway.

Stayed 2 nights to visit National Park… Very nice suite. Felt like home. Surprised by weekday evening happy hour/snacks. Breakfast was good. Different each day. Very clean!!

Hotel was fine, but highway noise was difficult. Hotel was generally clean, but really needs to be updated/remodeled. Window in one room was broken (outside pane) and second room window did not close completely, letting in bugs and cold. People working at desk were excellent and helpful. Food was adequate.

It was nice that I could bring my dogs and the rooms were quite a bit bigger than I expected. Evening socials were always fun and breakfast options were great. I picked this hotel because it was convenient to all the hiking that I had planned and it worked out perfectly. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Cuyahoga Valley.

I chose this hotel because we were going to a concert at Blossom Music Center. It’s only 5 miles away and very convenient to the venue. Very clean, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Good place to stay for quick access to Cuyahoga National Park. Hotel seemed recently updated. Bed was super comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space for three people. Hotel is close to the interstate so if you are a light sleeper, sound of cars/trucks may be bothersome if you like having a window open. Also, breakfast was lower quality than I expected served with all plastic utensils and styrofoam plates/bowls, which felt wasteful and tacky. Overall, was a comfortable stay for one night and for the price, would recommend to others.

Confusion at check in. Ended up in a room with a pull out instead of 2 queen beds that I booked. Another hotel patron was assigned our same room while we were still in it. Otherwise clean and quiet.

Check In time is 4:00pm. They would not let us check in early as we were going to concert at the Blossom we told them we would be back after concert which would certainly be after the 12:00am check in. They said fine. Get there after midnight and room had been cancelled. We were luckily still able to get our room but extra hassle that probably wasnt necessary.

When the TVs weren’t working in our room, we were upgraded, which I appreciated. However, the new room had so many things that were broken or dirty. The shower didn’t work, one of the TVs didn’t work, there was obvious water damage (bad smell and messed up walls/ceiling), fixtures in the bathroom breaking off, gross stained mattress covers, the bathtubs needed to be cleaned better, and there were no towels. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was better than typical hotels of that star rating. Everything just seemed so run down.

Great hotel for use while visiting cuyahoga valley national park! Only a 15 minute drive. Updated and clean room. Great bath products. Spacious. Good breakfast. Walkable to a couple restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

Great Stay
My stay was great from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth with no hassle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and relaxing. There were several people there with pets, but I heard no barking or noise from any of the other rooms, which was great.
