I got a non-smoking room but it didn’t matter because as soon as you open the door the entire building reeked of tobacco. Upon entering my room the entirety of it was covered in stains. I would not recommend. It was cheap and convenient for a VERY last minute change of plans but had I known the actual condition I would’ve stayed elsewhere.

I waited 20 min to check in. Had a reservation. Ended up going across to another because there was nobody to check me in after i yelled hello 10 times. Awful and smelled terrible. So they won’t issue refund even though they were not there.

The hotel advertised as s being smoke free. The halls and lobby were so full of smoke we could barely breathe. There was no where to eat breakfast, and we didn't want to stay in the toxic air. Linens smelled like smoke even in the 'smoke free' room. There were bugs in the sink. The microwave and refrigerator could not be plugged in at the same time. The water pressure was barely adequate. Night staff was brusque and not welcoming.

Adequate Accommodations
Accommodations are clean and bed is good. The lighting is poor and a lack of outlets for charging cell phones. There really isn’t a breakfast. Coffee, juice & some dry cereal no toast or bagels. It is adequate for our needs.

The beds were very uncomfortable, the linens were very old. I think I could have seen through the sheet. There were strange stains on the walls and the property smelled like smoke. We couldn't turn the light off in the bathroom, and I saw a cockroach in our bathroom.

Horrible smell of smoke and pot down the hall, burn holes on blankets of non smoking room, dirty coffee maker, and residue around walls resembling bed bug treatment- I did not stay- I was stuck paying for it because I booked through Expedia- I will not make that mistake again!

Didnt put us in handicap room. Long walk, no bars in bathroom. Couldnt take shower, smelled of smoke in hallway ( BIG TIME). SMELLED IN ROOM. ROOM WAS BEING CLEANED WHEN WE TRIED TO GET IN. Needs renovated
Looks good from outside but inside was dirty. Bathtub had a ring, sink stopper wouldn’t come up, blow dryer didn’t work and all the floors was sticky no carpet. Beds made a loud noise sitting or rolling over on them. Sound like a cookie sheet popping when you moved. Oh I forgot no help took 20 minutes for someone to show up behind the front desk to proceed with your registration.

The bed was advertised as a queen, I'm not sure that it was. The bathroom needed some maintenance but otherwise was clean and weel stocked. Fresh coffee and light breakfast items were appreciated. TV channels were limited and did not align with the guide.

I unfortunately have to report, dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Carpet and chairs had food crumbs all over. For a non-smoking room, it reeked of smoke. There were multiple burn marks on the bed covers and blankets as well as the carpet. The air conditioner worked, but blew out musty dank air. And was so loud, it interfered with any type of sleep. I understand this was a budget hotel, but really???!!! The positives, Towels were clean, and the front desk staff were nice!
