Great time for families with kids

Overall we had a great time. We had stayed in white sand building 58, our room was specious with nice balcony. Room was cleaned very nice and always enough towels. The only negative things was that one day they didn't put us any hair conditioner in the room, and couple of times they supplied us only with one bottle of water for 4 people, I had to give them a call and they would bring it to our room. We were traveling with two kids age 6 and 2. Our room had king size bed and reclining sofa bed, kids were sleeping on a sofa bed, it's big and it was enough space for them. Air conditioner was good everywhere in rooms, restaurants and buffets. Wifi was ok everywhere... Restaurants: food was good everywhere, but our favorite was Japanese... Kids club: my daughter loved it, she would not wanted to leave. All people who work there doing awesome job! They also have rooms for babies. For parents with small babies: they have a room with cribs were babies can nap during the day, so u can enjoy yourself at the pool. They give u radio to alert u when your baby wakes up. Night entertainment team was great! Make sure u see their Rock Forever show. Pool is huge, try to get chairs early by the pool. we stayed at colonial kantenah pool, where beach is nice, but hard to get beach chairs towards white sand beach is rocky but lots of beach chairs available Drinks: it's really watered down, we had to specifically ask for more alcohol

Friendly staff but work on the food

Great staff! Very friendly and really accommodating. Three friends reserved a junior suite with 2 beds and a sofa bed, only to find the room and open bathroom concept with the bath tub in the middle of the room. We are not that good of friends 😉. Staff really came through with a room with a closed bathroom and the vacation was saved. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Really enjoyed the salt water pool. Enough activities to keep our ADD friend happy while the others could lounge. Need to work on the food in the non buffet and non reservation restaurants. The steak, BBQ and Thai restaurants were OK, but just needed to take the quality up a notch or 2. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend to others.

Location: Didn't have to go off site Hotel had everything that we needed
Everything that we asked the hotel did. Fruit baskets was great,champagne was great and all of the food was great

Excellent hotel!

Pros: staff
Great hotel: large renovated rooms, spacious territory, a variety of restaurants and the best of all is very friendly staff. Julio at the reception was particularly nice, gave us useful tips and set a good mood for the rest of our vacation. They also called the room nearly every day, asking if there's anything they can do for us. There're crocodiles and flamingos on property! Also plenty of space on the beach and around the pools. Very decent drinks for an all-inclusive resort. Will definitely come back!

Great experience!

Pros: The variety of restaurants and the grounds are beautiful.
Cons: I would suggest replacing the pull out couches. Our daughters switched off on who got stuck with it because it was so uncomfortable.
Wonderful trip for Spring Break. Only one group of rowdy college spring breakers but they weren't obnoxious, just having a lot of fun. This place is big enough to get away from any group that you would like. The pool bar area is great. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, always a smile on their faces. We will be back in the future!

Beautiful place

Everything was good. The only thing I did not like was the slightly strange taste of the butter. The bacon and sausage were not that great either. All other food was very good. All of the workers were very nice, and did a good job.

Another great vacation!

We had another great stay at the Grand Palladium. The service was fantastic from the front desk at check in and check out, housekeeping, serving staff, and bartenders (especially Alfredo and Julio, they made our stay special!). The food was typical for all inclusive, the nightly entertainment was fun, and pool/beach lounging was excellent. There were many improvements from last year including room and lobby renovations, more liquor options, more inter-resort transportation, plus more food options within the buffet and restaurants. Overall another great stay!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff

My husband and I booked this trip with family members.3 other couples. We enjoyed our trip very much. We were really never aware of the time and place of activities going on. I do wish we had reminders by the activity staff about the shows and games through out the day. The lists all the way in the libbies were hard for me to read.
