This place is truly a hidden gem. It is so charming and the hosts are so amazing! Definitely a place where memories are made! We went for a vacation and left part of our heart here!❤️
Such a beautiful property. So peaceful and relaxing. A great introduction for us to the Yucatán. Nice to have your own cenote, refrigerator and good Wi-Fi and coffee in the morning. Must mention that the drive-in is pretty rough and an SUV is advisable. About 20 minute drive into town. Didn’t see any monkey during three days boo hoo

Apres une semaine pro au club Med de Cancun, j' ai réservé a Balam Ha un ensemble de 4 maison typique en bordure de jungle.
Le lieu est magique avec ces deux cenotes: piscines semi souterraines d'eaux chaudes.
Les chemins, la lumière, le calme, la faune tous est tellement surprenant dans ce lieu que l'on pourrais passer son séjour sur site.
Aux alentours on trouve de superbes plages(Xnu ha) avec des petit resto chics et pas cher des ruines Maya et surtout Tulum sorte de St Trop dans les année 70.
Les locations sont hyper confort et de bon gout avec ambiance ethnique, jetez un oeil sur le Palapa tres magasines de deco pour des petits prix . le tout super propre et confort on vous lave votre linge pour un petit pourboire.
Je termine sur le superbe accueil de Maria et Jorge couple Franco Argentin avec qui on a partage quelques copa de vino tinto.
En deux mots c'est la meilleure alternative au hôtel de luxe de taille monstrueuse de la zone hôtelière de Cancun

We had a wonderful time staying at Cenote Balam-HA. The place is incredibly beautiful; it's in the middle of a jungle (we were fortunate to see spider monkeys there two days in a row :)) with a beautiful own cenote where you can enjoy quiet nature, swim with cute fish and small turtles, and snorkel. The family that owns the apartments was very kind and sweet! They were always available to help us and gave us lots of great advices for places to visit. We also did a temazcal ceremony with their shaman, that was a truly unique experience!
We highly recommend cenote balam-ha and cannot wait to visit it again in the future

Villas & Cenote Balam Ha is a Unique Place in surrounded by Nature in Akumal, very close to the Town and beaches where we snorkel with Turtles.
The propierty, with very confortable accomodations, and fully furnished with Art pieces from all Mexico.
We spend lot of time swiming in the Cenote, and spot the Spider Monkeys and The Toh Birds and did the Temazcal with Abuelita Laura, that was a superb experience. We also took massages and Yoga lesson.
We will Come Back!

Les villas sont très propres dans un cadre exceptionnel. La cenote est agréable et intime , des singes passent au dessus de la villa.
La cuisine/salon a l’extérieur de la chambre est super et permets de ne pas avoir trop de bêtes dans la chambre.
Franco est un hôte sympathique et disponible.
Une expérience au top au milieu de la jungle à ne pas manquer si vous passer par Akumal!

An exotic place!!! Ideal to rest and be in contact with nature, very close to the beaches, very cozy, clean, very good treatment. Highly recommended to rest. The hosts are lovely. I recommend the Temazcal and then a swim in its cenote.
