Nice Hotel in a good location.

Pros: Location, comfortable bed, clean room, great WiFi.
Cons: Bathroom could be revamped, there were rust at places and there was a strange smell, also shower water pressure was weak.
Location: Great location, walking distance from Mall of the Emirates where you have access to some great restaurants and shopping, Vox Cinemas, Ski Dubai...
Good Hotel, same IBIS experience you expect to get, room was clean and comfortable, bathroom felt a bit old with a weird smell from time to time and the shower water pressure was weak. WiFi was good and fast, same with the check-in and check out.

Hotel ibis mall of the emirates

Fairly basic hotel in terms of facilities but everything you need if you are out & about a lot of the time! Great location, under a 5 minute walk to Mall of the Emirates. Staff very friendly & helpful

Location: 5-minute walk from Mall of Emirates.
Staying in this place from the 29th of September for a week after finding an attractive deal and a good location. 1- Internet really sucks. 2- Upon checking into my room, I found traces of hair on the soap dispensing machine in the bathroom. 3- There were small flies in the shower and on the desk. 4- Soap they provide doesn't smell good. 5- Detergents they use to clean the room smell really cheap. 6- Found a dodgy white spot on the bench chair. 7- Asked for my room to be cleaned, left the hotel and 2 hours afterwards, it was still untouched. 8- The extra pillow the hotel provides, situated in the wardrobe is not covered, which made me wonder whether it's a clean one or used one over a thousand times. 9- Had a guest visiting -even though I informed the management-, they still called my room and told me it is not allowed to have a guest. 10- When I called asking for a bucket of ice, they told me they were short on staff, but obviously I had to "negotiate" with them until they brought it. Very unprofessional and definitely not a customer-focused neither customer-friendly hotel. 11- I could hear the doors and walls being knocked, also the hoovering from my bed. 12- You have to turn water in sink on full power in order to prevent leaking of it, as the sink isn't well designed. 13- Window is very dirty. 14- Not sure I would want to use the kettle as it looks dirty from inside.

Good location and price

Pros: Location and price. Roughly a 350 meter walk to the metro and a 3 minute walk to Mall of Emirates. Cleaning staff and Restaurant staff very friendly.
Cons: Be ready for small rooms, albeit they were very nice and clean but you get what you pay for(good price). Wifi is free but breaks up often
Location: Mall of Emirates, close to some small supermarkets and restaurants.
Spent 2 nights at Ibis. Very close to the Mall of Emirates. Friendly staff especially cleaning staff and Restaurant staff. Close to some small grocery stores and restaurants.

Clean hotel with excellent travel desk

Pros: Travel desk
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to Mall of Emirates with lots of taxis outside to travel around Dubai.
I had a great stay and the travel desk in the lobby made last minute attractions easy to arrange. I can highly recommend the Desert Safari and Evening Camp to watch the sunset over the sand dunes is a bucket list item.

Nice hotel near Mall of Emirates

Nice budget hotel 5 min walk to Mall of Emirates. Staff kindly let us store luggage after check out and helped us get a taxi to our next destination.
