Great view from the balcony. The only problem is you have to have a car because the hotel is located at see level. Otherwise you’ll have to walk up the hill for at least 20 minutes to go downtown.

Love the hotel but a lot of disappointments
The front desk service was top.. Love the welcoming smile, the room was clean spacious, The only negative about the room is the balcony floor all loose or maybe damage and it os a lit scary to walk on it. Same outside the hotel by the restaurant sitting area... Also online the hotel advertising a long list of free services like hair, pedicure and manicure services and they are not free st all....But the biggest problem we encounter at this beautiful hotel is the Restaurant service, starting with it is a big restaurant and bar that only have 2 servers one for the restaurant and one for the Bar that also served outside sitting area,, I think his name is Hamza, he does an amazing service, it is a huge area and he does all well, the food are bacic dishes and they all are very over priced, 35 dhs for a small can of soda, that is just to me tion some, breakfasts was free we order at the room, both days was a simple breakfast not napkins, nott utensils, only one cup of tea per person, I asked for black coffee both days they bring me coffee with milk and both days called back and I asked to please replace the lady that answer said sorry they will bring it to you now.... Sadly 2 weeks after I left the hotel I still waiting for the coffee... So restaurant manager need to step up and check what is going on in his restaurant.I asked to speak to the manager and was not available..so I am writing this review and I wish they improve the situation. the beach is not private and is full.

The place is wonderful. I stayed in the suite next to the hotel and enjoyed everything : the view, the beach and the cleaniness. However, we didn't like the buffet. The variermty was poor.

Great location and all rooms with a view in the famous quemadou beach. breakfast is not great. And the lines on the buffet is not very good. Also the lack of restaurants choices for dinner. They allow so many people from outside to set in the cafe that guest of hotel can’t find tables. the service is ok and most of the wait staff are super friendly. They are just so stretched with a lot of people so it become slow. I wish the owners and management invest in other choices of food and restaurants.

Great location for relaxation and beach. Soufine and taoufik Gave me good food service. These gentlemen always made sure my food was quality. Always checked on my to make sure my service was quality. I highly recommend these two gentlemen for food service.

I’d say my overall stay was great. The room was always clean. My only feedback on my first day was an issue due the room being very hot. The issue was fixed the next day. The location was amazing. Wissam was very welcoming and helpful with visits to explore al hocemia. wissam was amazing. Please tell her manager.

The staff is rude, unprofessional and not fit for customer service. They have no clue about hospitality. The hotel is situated on a dirty beach and is overrated. Stay away!

Nice hotel close to a nice beach.
The room was nice, even if only after some works of rehabilitation (lavabo, curtains etc.). But stay at the balcony was impossible for a very noisy environment: very heavy road works and building works at the close port all day long even during all Friday, all Saturday and all Sunday: very strange and very rare to see that in all the country! Even stay on the beach was very disturbing for the horrible noise. Luckily the rooms are well isolated from the outside.

Worst Hotel I've stayed in
This is not anywhere near a 4 star hotel. This hotel is a scam. We have booked this hotel for two nights ( my wife and my two girls 7 and 3 years old ) and we couldn't stay more than one night. Everything was not working. Here are some of the issues we had: - Hallways had no lights. We couldn't seem to locate our room at night because the light was off in the hallways. - Entertainment system was not working. WIFI and TV were not working - They had a major issue when the water went off. So we had no water from 8pm and we checked out and the water still didn't come back. They kept telling us that they are working on it and it should come back in one hour or two. It was all lies to keep us longer. We couldn't take a shower and we couldn't use a toilet because there was no water - Sewer smell was horrible especially by the garage. My daughter got sick and started throwing up. We immediately evacuated. - Swimming pool was dirty. It smelled horrible. - Food was horrible so we had to find a place to eat outside of the hotel. Overall this is not a hotel i can recommend to anyone. Expedia needs to block this facility from the list of the hotels. This is not even a 2 star hotel. By the way, some of the staff acknowledge all these issues and told us that this hotel needs to shut down. Obviously, they have seen a lot of complaints. The reception has a lot of people complaining about the water cut off.

Clean Modern hotel on beach but missing something
The only modern hotel on the beach which is why we stayed for one night. All the "difficult" things were there - modern building, excellent location on the beach but close to town. As I recall this is the only such hotel that meets these criteria. But it was not cheap and for the price I would expect much better service - there were missing serving spoons at breakfast, the msemna were old and "warmed" by a single candle, the waiting staff made no attempt at establishing contact, there were no beach towels provided, coffee in the bar in the evening was excruciatingly expensive, it took 4 attempts over 12 hours to get a working door key (the batteries needed changing in the lock).

BAD EXPERIENCE!! HOTEL MERCURE QUEMADO RESORT
I booked a Superior Suite in Mercure al Hoceima, When we arrived, we were shocked by the non professionalism of the stuff. The Suite smelled like toilet and the air conditioning did not work at all. We asked to change and the stuff told us that there hotel is fully booked... I checked again in Hotels.com and found that plenty of suites are available and then i insisted to change. then they granted us a new suite. THe air conditioning always didn't work properly however the suite was a cleaner ... The location and the view are magnificant, however, the all the hotel stuff needs to be changed... the hotel is very badly managed...

New Hotel with Magnificent Mediterranean View!
Wow! The most spectacular Mediterranean view ever--right from our balcony! This new hotel is quite impressive. The beach, though magnificent is mostly dominated by Arab men and therefore uncomfortable for women not covered appropriately. It is a little difficult to find. GPS coordinates would be helpful.

Mooie en rustige hotel. Gelegen aan het strand met natuurlijk een super mooie uitzicht. Dichtbij de stad. Super vriendelijke personeel. We moesten voor ontbijt vertrekken voor ons vlucht. We kregen alsnog een lekker stevig ontbijt! Super lief!

Bonjour, Tout d'abord l'enregistrement était juste une catastrophe. Je me suis présentée à l'accueil et ai eu la surprise que ma réservation n'est pas présente. L'unique réponse de l'hotel était que mon nom ne figurait pas, et que je devais gérer avec Hotel.com. Je trouve ca inacceptable, j'ai fait des kilomètres pour deux nuitées et ai perdu la soirée et mon énergie à essayer de trouver une solution. Je souhaite tout d'abord avoir un compte rendu de ce qui s est passé, ne serait qu'un mail d'escuse, et un remboursement partiel des frais du séjour. Je souhaite aussi savoir ce qui sera mis en place pour ne plus avoir ce type de mismatch entre la communication de Hotel.com et l hôtel. Je rappelle juste que ma réservation a été faite 1 mois avant le séjour... Je trouve que le service de l'hôtel n'a pas la compétence de gestion de crise, et dire à un client, qui a non seulement réservé mais aussi payé, que l'hôtel en question ne peut pas l'accueillir est une catastrophe. Je suis à l'écoute de votre retour.

Preciosa bahía
El hotel está situado en un paraje muy bonito en la bahía de Alhucemas. La ciudad en sí es bastante tranquila y, al encontrarnos en Ramadán, muy apagada. En el hotel se notaba que era temporada baja y aprovechaban para realizar remodelaciones. La terraza de la habitación con vistas a las aguas turquesa de la playa, una maravilla. El personal muy agradable y servicial. Estuvimos a gusto.

Service zéro on devait rentrer à 14h ils nous ont dit que les chambres sont pas prêtes on a eu le temps d’aller manger au restau en ville pendant une heure et de revenir à l’hôtel que les chambres étaient pas encore prête donc service c’est zéro hôtels à éviter franchement à éviter plus jamais je viendrai dans votre hôtel

Très belle établissement, bien situé, agréable. Personnel très aimable et Accueillant, souriant. Très belle vue. Personne avec poussette attention car il y a beaucoup d’escalier pour accéder à la grande place animée. Pas d’accès facilité pour les poussettes.
