Hotel isa little far from Mecca but the rooms and hotel is clean. You need to take taxi for SR10 to 15 to go to Mecca. Also not near to food stores but next door to to big shopping stores.
need loads of improvement. No room cleaning on my entire stay
The overbooked the hotel, the security guard and cleaning guys were stopping me from entering the hotel. Finally another guy who spoke a little English came and allowed to enter the hotel.
Excellent facility @ 4 star ranking. Courteous staff with english language. Comfortable & clean rooms with all in-room services perfectly working. Regular shuttle service to HARAM. Absolutely deserve 4 star ranking.
