Trap to travelers

This hotel should not be rated as four stars: the location, staff manners, and noisy customers correspond more to a much lower category hotel. My first unpleasant experience took place when driving late at night and not being able to find their entrance. There was not sign or indication and I was making turns for over half an hour. To me, this means their hotel is more for locals than for tourists.

Decent business hotel, gets the basics right

Pros: Food is good. Gym is reasonable for this type of hotel. Front desk staff were efficient.
Cons: The "non-smoking" room had obviously been used recently as a smoking room, although staff did clean A/C on request.
Location: Location is about 15 mins walk from the nearest local shops. I could not find any other facilities within walking distance.
Stayed for 19 nights on a business trip. Room is reasonably spacious although the desk area is crowded. Internet (wifi) is stable, but slow at certain times. Shower cubicle is very badly designed and should be modified to give more space and no leaks. Otherwise, hotel is generally clean and in good repair. Food - mostly very good, although beware of the weekly seafood dinner buffet, which is a bit overpriced. Gym is small but relatively well equipped and in good condition. Swimming pool is little more than a bathtub, though. Front desk staff were helpful and mostly courteous, and quite efficient especially with arranging transport.

Very Short stay

I have stayed only for less than 5 hrs, got there slept for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and nice, but the air-conditioning is unit based and it is facing the bed which may get you uncomfortable.

Worst in Saudi for 4 Star Accomodation

This was the worst stay I have ever been at in Saudi for a so called 4 star hotel. I would rate this at the most a 2 star and that is because the internet was good. The staff when calling them for directions to the hotel they had no idea how to get to their own hotel. Upon check in there was no one there to greet you and also there was supposed to be free tea and coffee in the room including minibar but none of that was in my room. When discussing this with the people downstairs they supplied me nothing in the end. Overall would never recommend this hotel to anyone that is staying in the Jubail area of Saudi Arabia.
