old hotel

everything is outdated, towels, furniture etc. even the tile in the swiming pool is lituraly falling appart. i stayed at the 16th floor it was very noisy as i could hear the road trafic which led to poor sleep.. i would not recomend this hotel

Nice Hotel but cleanliness is OK

I got the deluxe room with king size bed. Room was nice but I had an issue with the cleanliness. I can still see the glass marks on the table. Bathroom was not that wipe thoroughly. Marks on the faucet and the showers. Overall stay was good, the bed was comfy. it was just the cleanliness issue.

Nice hotel & great location

Cons: House keeping needs new management & setting up new procedures to clean up the rooms Change all Linins & towels as they are long over due.
Location: Great place for shopping
I stayed there during December 11 till 17th. The hotel is nice & the staff are good. The negative things are: Linins & sheets are totally in a bad condition. They need to be changes. Housekeeping are lazy. The bed sheets are not changed frequently nor even checked. I left a towel covering a wet area in the bed, I still found it at the same place after House Keeping cleaned the room. It means that they are not actually cleaning anything rather just fixing it to show it was cleaned.

Delayed Service and Availability of Rooms

Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE definitely. Needs a lot of improvement. And the expectancy/risk management during high occupancy period.
We stayed recently and understand that there has been high occupancy during the period. However, I would like to feedback that the occupancy/room inventory team should expect high occupancy period and should strictly impose the 12noon check-out policy. What happened was we booked for 4 rooms and there was none available until 6:30PM and got into the rooms at 7PM. Despite several follow ups and going back and forth at the front desk, nobody attended to us very well and it was really frustrating. The front desk staffs keeps promising they will find us and give us an update on the status but nobody ever did kept us posted and just let us kept hanging around the lobby without any comforting attendance nor words. Half of our stay was wasted and what we get is only discount vouchers for meals which is not really helpful to the situation given the fact that you will also earn when we use the vouchers at your café/bars. Our stay was for my moms birthday celebration and a send-off as I will be leaving for overseas work as well and will not be with my family for another year. We were expecting a "supposed to be" great family bonding and time during the stay but we felt that plenty of time were wasted for hanging around the lobby for almost half day. I hope you will find ways to strategize your room availability. It will be hard to recommend this hotel despite its great facilities/rooms/accessibility if they lack manageability on their occupancy and level up the customer service.

Crimson Hotel, Manila

Pros: Over-all service did not meet expectations.
Cons: Service
Location: Close to a newly-opened mall
The amenities and the room itself is good and overwhelming. The lounge cafe was understaffed, only one waitress was present during service when there were around 5 tables filled. If you are a pianist, never play with their piano even if you have the urge to play a short piece, they restrict you from playing the piano. I think they should just write or leave a notice instead of having someone to tell you that it is off-limits which is embarrassing. Lunch service was slow but quite understood with the quality of food that they have. Our request for higher floor room was fulfilled. However, I felt a little uncomfortable with the bed sheets as to whether they are clean because of the unpleasant smell of the pillows.

A nice place to stay.

This is my 4th trip to Alabang I won’t stay anywhere else. The staff is nice and close to the mall. A very clean and safe place to stay.

Asked for early check-in just after 12:00 pm and was told not available and that check-in was 3:00 pm but actually it was 2:00 pm.
