Quiet hotel, close to I-75 and Gainesville

We stayed in a king bed room on the first level in the back, overlooking the courtyard, which was under construction. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, but a bit bouncy. TV has some good channels and AC unit was adequate. Unfortunately no fan setting. Front desk personnel is friendly. I called for an extra blanket that I would pick up at the front desk, but he ran it over to my room. Very helpful of him!

Old hotel. Good for one night stay

Noisey room, could not find were the noise was coming from.

Nice

No big hotel amenities, but good for a simple stay. Room was clean. Quiet Saturday night. Enough breakfast choices for complimentary. No check in / out problems. Nice employees. Have stayed before for a few days during the summer. Pool was fine. Stores for neccesities and a few fast food along with restaurants. Wasn’t thrilled with $100 for the night. Seems like I got better price in the summer, but I paid that without complaining since there are only a few motels around and I didn’t want to drive home late at night after seeing family passing through. I would definitely say give it a try.

Cleanliness issues to resolve!!

We booked two nights at this property because it was a hop and skip to family's house we were visiting. Did not stay the 2nd night. We got in so late and tired on night one we just crashed. The next morning, we found ROACHES on our bags! We got OUT of there. Management worked with us and Expedia Gold customer service and we got our 2nd night refunded. Serious pest issues, mold issues in the bathroom, and general cleaning issues NEED to be addressed.

The room was smelly and damp. For the price paid in that location it could have been a more decent room.
