Clean and convenient, friendly staff good breakfas

For an early flight this hotel is perfect. Clean comfortable and there is a casino and Denny’s next door

Nice hotel, great price, close to the airport

Check-in was great, the staff have all been very friendly and helpful, the room is nice and clean. It is located in a very busy area but once you’re inside it’s nice and quiet. Great place for a quick overnight stay for us.

Great hotel breakfast!

Compared to free cont. breakfasts at comparable U.S.A. Hotels, the breakfast was wonderful!

Abusive manager

Pros: No good coments when having an abusive manager
Cons: It will be a miracle
1. The manager of the hotel reserves every night a table in front of the tv to see his programs to the highest volume, in fact he seems to get mad with the staff if his table is occupied as he arrives to the hotel's restaurant. He doesn't mind if the guests are tired or just want to have a quiet moment to relax or, in fact, to talk. This person does not respect the guest rights. I warn people not to go to this hotel with such an unrespectful person who serves himself. 2. Waiters are always watching you so that as soon as you finish your meal they take away your dish, you feel observed and if there is something remaining, they will take it away. 3. Breakast is always the same

Very helpful

Our flight was delayed 5 hours. We arrived at 1 am. The shuttle driver was waiting for us. Very impressed.

Good hotel convenient to airport.

The staff were all welcoming and friendly, from the front desk clerk, to the maintenance man, to the chamber maids. Everyone was helpful and they were patient and kind with our attempts at Spanish. The breakfast buffet was great.

Change of plans

Cons: Better breakfast area
Location: Across from airport
We got caught in the storms and flooding. Booked last minute and the staff was very helpful. We were planning to leave the next day but were unsure if the roads would be open and might have to stay another night. Staff held our room pending our decision. Great service

Nice clean hotel that is close to the airport in San Jose. We had an early flight and the had a breakfast to go and free shuttle to the airport.

Typical Holiday Inn Near Airport

Only semi-negative thing was depending on your situation with rental car return; ingress & egress could be challenging. Positive note; Casino across the parking lot & decent chicken oriented restaurant on site.
