“Colton was an excellent host!!!!! His communication was quick and professional! The boathouse is s great thing to experience if you haven't done so! For the age of the boat it still was in excellent condition! The view of the water is absolutely stunning!!! Just bring extra blankets or comforter with you cause it does get cold from being right on the water but other than thst the trip was perfect!”

“Well when we got to our stay at 7:30pm it had NOT been cleaned and the 1st thing greeting us was a snotty tissue on the floor! Could NOT contact host which had been a problem since the beginning of this rental process. The 'secure' entry was the door key IN the door lock. No check-in or check-out instructions unless we asked. Owner finally messaged us through the app around 2am. We were forced to stay in the dirty place because we had no where else to go.
