Nice being on water but the rest a dissapointment

Cons: plastic cups in the room. A bottle of water in the room.
The room was old and nothing special. Staying at an extended stay I thought there would be dishes in the room. There was not. I called down to see if I could get a glass so I could make a vitamin drink. They said they didn't have any. I asked for the normal plastic cups found in every hotel room they said they didn't have. When I went to front desk they said oh yeah we have cups and gave me styrafoam cups. When I asked for water they said I could use the vending maching. I had to use a credit card. Bottom line everything seemed more difficult than need be. The breakfast was dissapointing too. No fruit. Just coffee and single wraped granola bars and small single wrapped muffins. If you only care about price its a good buy but don't look for any extras.

Good location! Parking lot doesn’t feel safe at all , people asking for money , and approaching you from the dark 😳 The price is good

There is no continental breakfast like they said. Just empty coffee makers and granola bars

Came for Raider game, perfect location

Great location for Raider or Warrior game. Walking distance to Target or dining as well as grocery store. Hotel was perfect and comfortable for price. Airport ride less than 20 min, even on a busy Monday morning! Would definitely recommend.

Raider / Cowboys game

It was better today. The staff made an effort & switched refrigerators for us, so the smell is gone. I feel like I can actually relax now. It's totally NOT the staff, it's the ownership being cheap

Disappointing stay

The staff was excellent!! However, there is an odor in my room. Seems like it's coming from the refrigerator. Everytime I open the door, there's a PUTRID smell. The longer I leave it closed, it dissipates. But I booked at Extended Stay because of the kitchenette amenities, so I have to open it. Speaking of amenities, there seem to be NONE. No ice machine in the building, & your dishes & silverware are at the front desk; in which YOU have to bring it up yourself. Because of the Raiders / Dallas game, the rooms are sold out; so switching is not an option. And after driving 6 hours, all I wanna do is kick my feet up & relax. But I can't do that because I have to go to the store to get some ice. UGH!!!! This was a wack experience. My 1st time in Oakland too?? I will never stay here again, nor recommend it to ANYONE I know. I have stayed at SEVERAL of these hotels before. Disappointed to say the least

Horrible setup, dirty carpet. No cups.

Horrible overall experience. Rip off. The room does not have a mug. Carpet dirty. Linen looks suspicious. Big disappoint.

Location nice, spendy for no daily house cleaning

Horrible place to stay, break in very common.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had to check out early to find another place to stay. of the 4 nights, I had my door on my Lexus tore open with a priebar leaving a 2"x4" hole in my door. then the last night, they broke one of my windows out and stole everything, one of the tenants said a F150 truck had both side window broken out. And when i told the counter person, he said were sorry to hear that, so I said that it's pretty common place here, and he just looked at me and couldn't say anything. My door had to be replaced, $3800. and my windows were cheaper $1400. because my side window was only from lexus, special kind.

The location is awesome. The hotel itself is average. I have stayed there multiple times. Some rooms a bit stark.
