Perfect for work travel

Nice and clean. It was perfect for a quick visit to Alamogordo.The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay here again.

Convenient, friendly staff

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Can't be changed, but it was a bit difficult to access hotel. Had to take side streets off of main road.
Location: Near White Sands National Monument, WalMart.
What a great hotel! Good proximity to White Sands National Monument. Even loaned sleds for the sand dunes, without charge or deposit. Very friendly staff- offered to help with anything we needed. Clean, like new room, bathroom. Good breakfast.

We love this hotel!

Location: White Sands, Kids Kingdom park, New Mexico Space museum
Convenient location. Friendly, helpful staff. Spotless, large, comfortable room. Great beds. Good breakfast with great selection. Traveling with young grandkids who "love love love" this hotel !

It was great for the most part wish the lobby had been finish with the remodeling went out to have breakfast even though you offer free breakfast your selection was poor ..

good but not great

The cooling unit was noise and had a mechanical problem that sounded like squirrels were running around inside-otherwise it would have been perfect

Quick stay

Was a really nice stay. Beds were comfy and I loved the shower head - I need to find one for my house. Parts still under construction in the hotel but there was no noise as a result. Had an issue acquiring a crib for our toddler but Erika did an amazing job troubleshooting and pulled through for us. Pool was nice, was closed for a repair in the morning which was a bummer but I'd rather them be fixing a pool than not I suppose!

Awful experience

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The woman at the front desk yelled at me while I was standing in line to check in and proceeded to keep arguing with me. Then she gave me a key for a room that had not been cleaned. I had to contact the manager who had to come onsite to deal with the situation.
