Good with exception

Pros: beds, cleanliness
According to listing, construction/remodeling would be complete by May 1. Our stay was middle of the month, and lobby and lobby restrooms still under construction. Dining area was temporarily housed in a conference room. Otherwise, good experience. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, breakfast as expected, service okay. Would stay again.

HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Wish we had known hotel was only half built! Bed was hard as a rock. Entire first floor is under construction. Guest services is run out of a guest room with no clear directions to which one. I actually found a construction guy to show me where to go. The breakfast is set up in a conference room. There were very few options. Either they were completely out or the equipment didn't work. For a brand new hotel there were several things that looked old and broken. The face cover of our a.c. unit was broken. The shower had a weird stain in the bottom. Very disappointed considering the amount they are charging per night. Not worth it at all!

The first floor of the hotel was under construction. There was limited parking caused by the construction. No indication of this was available from hotels.com

Closed for remodeling

Cons: Either inform guests before arrival of the lack of facilities available.
Half the hotel is closed down for remodeling, including the pool. Front desk is located in a makeshift hotel room. When asked to talk to a manager, the night clerk said she would have the mgr contact me at 8:00 am when he arrived. At 9:30 I inquired where I could find the mgr, to find out he had not arrived yet. We checked out promptly and moved to another hotel down the block, much cheaper and nicer.

Great Customer Service, Clean and Being Renovated

The customer service was great! The person who checked us in (I think her name was Erica) was very nice and extremely helpful. She let us know that the hotel was being renovated, which was no issue for us. She put us on the newly renovated floor. The room was comfortable and appeared to be refreshed. The only thing that was not updated in the room was the bathtub. There was something at the bottom of the tub that looked disgusting...my best guess is that it was rust from the stopper. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again if I was in the area again.
