When checking in, the front desk clerk tried pressuring me into signing up for their rewards program. I told her I was not interested, and would need to speak to my husband if we wanted to sing up. With an attitude she said "ugh, I just need your email." I told her not at this time. We unloaded and went upstairs, wasn't even 10 minutes later, and the same clerk was calling asking if I had talked to my husband about signing up. When I told her no, she was not happy with that response. The hotel smells musty, and the door to the room doesn't close very well. Beware when you flush the toilet, it's obnoxiously loud. If you have to interact with any of the front desk clerks, ask for Erika, so sweet, and helpful! The second morning when we were going down to breakfast, we saw the housekeeping cleaning, along with the house keeping we saw their boyfriends, friends, whomever they liked to bring. It was very unprofessional. We saw the boyfriend of one of the housekeepers going in and out of rooms. We always put up our privacy please sign up, but still felt uncomfortable leaving our stuff while non-hotel staff was in and out of rooms. The breakfast staff was the sweetest.When we wanted to check out, we waited about 2-3 minutes while the front desk was having a conversation with another hotel staff. Every other word was the "F" work. You could loudly hear it. The front desk clerk looked at me twice, then the third time she said it'll be a minute. i was very frustrated at this point.

Nice, new hotel.

Location: We hiked White Sands National Monument, visited McGinn's Pistachioland, hiked the Sacramento mountains.
The hotel was new and clean. The room was large and comfortable. The TV could have been larger, the breakfast could have been better.

The best thing about this hotel was the pool and hot tub. No food or snack vending machines. No lounge. Ive stayed at better holiday inn expresses for cheaper

Dear Guest, We are working with our supplier to setup all of our suite shop area it is currently being designed and should be stocked within 30 days. Holiday Inn Express hotels unfortunately are not setup to have lounges but we do have restaurants in walking distance that have full service bars. As far as the rate we try hard to accurately price with the top three competitors in our market and the prices are subject to market conditions. We hope you will give us another chance next time. Location: Chili's, Applebee's, Ihop within walking distance. Several fast food joints with a mile or two. Wal-Mart is close by.
Overall a decent stay. Nothing outstanding nothing horrible. The room was had very little decoration which I found unusual since most hotels have pictures of some sort on the wall. The beds were rather uncomfortable because of how hard they were, I prefer a mattress with some give. The pool while cold was nice. The water had too much chlorine but I'm sure that's to compensate for all the potential potty mishaps. I didn't have breakfast but my family said what they had they enjoyed.

nice hotel easy to access.

Pros: everything.
Cons: more handicap parking needed.
Location: Close to Walmart & most popular restaurants but no quick stop was close for quick in & out purchase.
very nice; great bed, no noise heard from neighboring rooms; all was quiet even though it was very full of guests.
