Room was very clean with strong smell of cleaning products. Breakfast was great! Staff super helpful. Outdoor pool was not in season yet, but looks to be very small.

This hotel has changed $3 service fee per stay , even though I didn’t have housekeeper during 2nights stay. My room was in the corner of first floor and it was acceptable to me , but I never expected that the noise from upstairs would starting from early morning at 3 or 4 AM…..

This hotel's service is worthy of a 4 star hotel not a 2 star hotel. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was exceptional. The only issues with the room was that the bathroom door wouldn't close and the bathtub drain was clogged. But otherwise this was a great stay.

Revisit over years WhiteSands NP & Quality Inn
The room was clean, and sheets and towels were in place. The TV is working, no issues with the remote, lights, and USB ports were a great help. Breakfast was sufficient and the team at the breakfast place was super helpful, from microwave to waffle makers. I would have given 5 stars, the issue I faced was we were there to visit WhiteSands National Park, and walking in the National Park would bring sand. we didn't find our rooms were serviced. We are not sure whether it is not a service provided by the hotel or if there is a request to be placed. Didn't get this instruction, and when we returned our rooms were not serviced. The front desk was happy to provide additional towels for us, that was super helpful.

Asked to have my room cleaned. Dirty towels were taken, but not replaced with any clean ones. Had to go to front desk to get some. Kleenex box had exactly ONE tissue in it. Had to go to front desk again to ask for tissue

A wonderful experience
First--the desk clerk. She was one of the best hotel desk clerks we've ever encountered. Very friendly, happy, clever, personable and extremely efficient, she gets our praise. I'm sorry I don't remember her name, but she was on duty about 7:30 PM on Dec. 20. Then--the room. Everything was very comfortable and clean with ample electrical outlets and appliances/AC which worked well. We were very comfortable. If we ever have need to sleep in Alamogordo again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you!
