No problems at all, would stay again. Room comfortable and clean.
Great place to stay near Wolf Creek! Recommend staying here if you want a comfortable place to stay in South Fork. The BBQ restaurant next door is also great and would recommend it for a quick dinner. The rooms are spacious and have all the required amenities for a great stay. Hot tub is available ...
Basic hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff. Just outside of town, but close to downtown for food and drink.
Clean place. Carpet in main hall needs tacked down better. Pool/hot tub area needs facelift but was fully functional. Nice staff. Excellent breakfast.
Enjoyed our stay there. Had a free full breakfast.
If you want to take the train ride from there it.s the only hotel in town worth going to. Old but keep up fine. breakfast was great, person at hotel was great and hotel was clean.
Great service and friendly staff. wonderful views
So peaceful by the flowing water of the Rio. Felt at home the whole time. Found some great local BBQ. From Texas and will visit again. Owners dog very sweet, and the cabins are so cute and comfortable.
Spent a few nights at Ute Bluff Lodge, January, 2018. King bed was comfortable, possibly memory foam. Some noise from highway, but traffic was light. Extremely nice owners. Convenient to my needs, hunting real estate from Del Norte to South Fork. Also easy sight seeing from Pagosa Springs to the ...
This hotel concept is so unique. We went in March when movies weren't showing but it was still a fun place and very affordable. The hotel is dated but the room and beds were clean and the hotel staff are so incredibly nice and accommodating. We would definitely go back.
This hotel looked like it was under some remodeling. I can picture all the possibilities here. Looks like they used to have a pool and that's too bad that it was taken out. Rooms were fine but air vent sounded like a jet taking off and we found a baggie of rice under the dresser. hmmm. For the price ...
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel could use some updates. Good breakfast in the morning. Overall satisfied with my visit.
The staff is fantastic, we were caught in a snow storm and the staff waited for us 4 hours after closing hours so that we could get set up. We greatly appreciated it.
Got 2 rooms, one for the kids one for us. Very comfortable and decently priced. Also pet friendly which we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
Very unique and interesting house with a cool movie set history. The room was very comfortable with all the amenities. The huge, jetted tub was great! Sabra was a very accommodating host and went the extra mile to assure her guests had everything. I'm gluten-free and brought my own bread, which she ...
Updated since I stayed there 5 years ago. Major improvement. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Excellent value.
The motel is old. Needs some general overall work. The water is undrinkable to the point that even the breakfast coffee is unfit to drink. Staff is off duty @ 10 pm so no one to tell about a dog running around all night in the room above us.
This is a renovated motor inn. The room I stayed in was themed with ducks. It was cute and pleasingly different from most run-of-the-mill standard rooms.
the room was clean and comfortable, if a bit dated. The highlight of the stay was the very friendly staff. The hostess' meal and activity recommendations were spot on.
Clean hotel, super nice staff, and great pool. Directv with almost every channel. Great breakfast
