I was told this was all inclusive that was definitely not all inclusive the rooms were dirty and you had to pay for everything . They told me check in was at 2pm I arrived at 1:30pm and ask if there is any food available they told me i cannot check in till 2pm and when 2 came i asked for food again since we were hungry after traveling and they told us no food after 2pm diner is at 6pm. So this is definitely not all inclusive. I asked for water and i was charged I asked for beer and they charged. My TV was not working in the room my fan was not working nothing was working when asked if they can fix it they told me they can check if someone can do it tomorrow. I would definitely not stay here ever. Also Expedia needs to take this off the all inclusive definitely not all inclusive. Very disappointed if I can get my money back I would love to.

Very Disappointing!
I was very disappointed by this hotel. If you have a lot luggage, this place is not for you. There is no concierge service, no lifts and no luggage ramps to wheel heavy bags, have to carry them on stairs, hotel is made on a hill with multiple floors. Internet available only in public areas and not rooms. Alanya is very hot in July, once you remove key card the lights switch off including the Air Conditioning! And A/C takes a while to cool room, if you return from a long hot day, you need to bear it out till room cools. Tap water is salty! Cannot even brush teeth with it, never ever have experienced anything like that anywhere in the world! Hotel is nice but needs a change of mindset with management.

They need more refurbishment in the room I mean doors and Windows. The food was very good.The shuttle to the beach is only one that's not enough. Is a massage saloon near the pool with a very good masseur I could solve my back pain. Staff is very frendly.

The hotel is located on a lovely hillside overlooking the sea and the castle. The hotel is run by a lovely family so they do have a very hands on approach and are available for any issues that you wish to raise. It is the perfect balance for people who wish to have a quite and relaxing stay without the noise and crowds that some hotels offer but also close enough by bus or car to the center of Alanya town center which has all the clubs and bars one may need. The bus service from the hotel is very convenient as it leaves at 10am and takes you to a beach nearby and picks you up at 5pm. Alternatively you can get the local buses which run a very regular service and it costs £3 lira into Konakli and £2 Lira into Alanya, I met some amazing people who work in the hotel and this will definitely be a regular place for me to go to when i need a relaxing break with excellent service.
