in general lot of confusion between that property owner and Hotels.com. lot of delay / confusion during check in, in result we lost many hours in clarifying this matters. Its never been with hotels.com, always it will be crystal clear with hotels.com, but this time very bad experience... hotel guy don't have a proper parking, or even a desk at boarding point for boat house, no credit card swiping machine, no ATM near by, by insist cash payment without prior info.
