Werented two rooms. Bergen the two, the shower had someone's dirty cloth in it. The toilet paper roll came off the wall, the water pressure was awful, the shower head fell off, and there were ants walking the bathroom floor. And the sound of the highway wasn't white noise too sleep by.

When I Checked in, the tub was still filled with water. I had to drain it myself. The pool was out of order. That put a damper on things

There is a hot tub pictured next to the pool but it is not hot and used as a kiddie pool. everything else was great and full continental breakfast each day, even on weekdays!

The hotel was pretty decent! The pool was a bit colder than expected, but the jacuzzi in the room was great. Great location with plenty to eat nearby.

I booked 5 rooms for a family celebration. When entering two of the rooms, there were already occupants in the rooms. Front desk was not diligent when assigning the rooms. I can't imagine how the people in those rooms felt when someone walked in. I also had to remind him that one room was booked for two nights and he had to redo the billing. Also, even thought breakfast was included, there was no breakfast available during the designated hours. Since I was alone on my second night, I did not feel safe. I left the hotel, even though I had paid for the night.

The floors clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. Stray hair ties and other debris all over the floor. The toilet made a screaming noise for about a minute until the tank filled again and there is obvious water damage around the ceiling in the bathroom. On the bright side, the sheets looked as a smelled clean and the telemarketing were the same. An okay place to stay of your looking for inexpensive and don't take off your shoes until you go to bed.

Pool heater broken. Not known till check in. Hot tub advertised but no longer functional -- claims to be a kiddie pool now but too deep for kiddies. Outdoor pool equipment area view from inside is unattractive. Staff was good and breakfast offered good choices. Cook was very pleasant. Disappointed with pool/hot tub issues because really needed to destress and chose this site specifically for those amenities!

We liked that the bed was remade when we got back to our room and we had fresh towels and washclothes. We didn't like that the advertised room with a jetted tub did have one but it didn't work. The faucets in the tub were loose and the tub faucet dripped all the while we were there. (The shower was fine though.) It needs some maintenance done.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms were all supposed to be non-smoking, but I did smell cigarette smoke and/or stale cigarette smoke a few times which was not enjoyable.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The bathroom had a jacuzzi which was enjoyable, but the faucet dripped all night which was annoying. The property feels a bit dated. Most hotels have automatic front doors to assist travelers carrying multiple luggage items. This should be considered.

We arrived at 6:30pm to check into our room, only to be told it would be 20-30 minutes before our room was ready. After a long day of travel to get to your property, it was quite a disappointment that the room was not ready. The girl at the front desk did not act or dress in a professional manner.
