No Towels, broken shower and AC doesn't work.

I had to wait one hour for towel and finally they gave me hand towels to take shower, the shower itself has no pressure and was a broken peice. Breakfast bar has no variety. The worst thing is the AC which never drop a single digit temperature and was at 75 all night. When I complain to the Manager, sh was rude, misbehaving. They don't deserve to be running the Franchise. Worst than a Motel.

I stayed with my 3 Kids, the AC in room only work in 5ft radius and we couldn't sleep coz it was really hot in room, shower is broken cheap piece , had to wait more than an hour since they ran out of towels. Breakfast bar didn't have much variety. They couldn't even afford the light bulb in bathroom had 3 diff kind of bulb on sink light. Hotel is Clean but management is cheap.

family reunion

Pros: everything
Cons: add a bar, lounge
Location: the location was very good, close to shopping, places to eat, parks, and movie theater.
the hotel was very comfortable, and in a very good location, close to shopping, and places to eat, the full breakfast bar was awesome. our stay was great, will stay again.

Lovely hotel

Pros: I liked having the service of having a hot breakfast, the indoor swimming area, and the beauty and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
Cons: I would say just to offer a list of area activities. We found the aquarium by looking online and enjoyed it extremely.
Location: The location was perfect to local shopping areas such as Walmart, the mall, and Kohls. The movie theater and bowling area was nearby and fun eateries.
Our family went down to visit our granddaughter for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The service was great and the staff was very helpful from check in to making sure that we had fresh towels. Breakfast was great and very helpful in saving money on fun things to do with the family. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and having the movie theater nearby along with other fun activities such as restaurants, bowling, and bumper cars. We also had a chance to visit the aquarium, which was awesome and the Ray Charles memorial park. This experience was great!

In town for a wedding

This inn is centrally located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. The breakfast, however, was subpar. The options were limited and bland.

Fourth Visit to This Country Inn!

Pros: The hotel is nice, quiet and in a pleasing location.
Cons: Revisit your breakfast choices. Keep in mind if people are booking a suite, it means they are in need of more than three sets of towels.
Location: The movie theater is behind the hotel, mellow mushroom is next door. There is Kohl and a Buffalo Wild Wing in walking distance as well.
This was our fourth visit to this Country Inn and Suites. First let me address the negative,the breakfast choices was not as good as previous breakfast choices. Getting enough towels for our suite on a daily basis was a task. However, the staff was pleasant particular Linda (front desk), and the housekeepers Victoria and Jessica. The rooms and the overall hotel is very clean. We will book this hotel again, when we are in town. The location and the quietness is unbeatable.

Have stayed before, has gone down hill

Pros: Location
Cons: Maintain equipment meant to make guest experience more enjoyable
Location: Mellow Mushroom, Buffalo Wild Wings, Theater all in walking distance
The hot tub did not work, one of the reasons this location was chosen. NO ice machine worked on any floor, staff was clueless as to why or when and no one offered an alternative. ie, maybe purchasing ice for guest. The hotel was very crowded which is good for business but with a very full pool and no hot tub made doing anything on site not an option. I live in this area and my guest have stayed here before. I have had my Dad and his wife stay here on 4 different occasions. I was very disappointed and will have to have not many other options before booking rooms for other friends or family or staying there myself again. the no ice for 3 days was unacceptable. There are local companies that tend to that and showed a complete lack of desire to take care of guest by management. I am also a rewards card member for Carlson Hotels....guess I need to try to get my points on Choice or Marriot built up instead.
